I went in to open a new account with my 17 year old son and brought in what the website said to for my son who is under age and they refused to take his documents and rude customer service i definitely know why people choose other banks

My favorite bank. Staff members are helpful, pleasant and professional. This is my favorite bank. Waylon, Frank and Xiu are some of the staff I deal with most of the time I visit.

Made an appointment for notary services. And then set up meetings with my clients based on that. Went to the branch, they said that the employee who does notary servies is off today. Totally disappointing. Ruined my day. Even they didn't apologize. The worse branch I've ever seen.
