I have been a customer for over 20 years and unfortunately Chase became a BBS (big bank syndrome) where they don't care about customers anymore. They provide offers that they don't intend to fulfill and they waste your time with horrible customer service.

The best team of any chase bank. I needed a cashiers check that night to move into a new apartment complex. I was waiting inside the bank for a call from the leasing office. Not only did every single team member check on me, they stayed open 10 minutes past closing to ensure I got the check. Because of their kindness, I had a bed to sleep on that night. I'm very grateful to the team, words couldn't express. Thank you! PS they gave me candy

I've been going to this chase for about a year now and have always felt safe. Until today, I noticed there was a banker in his office, looking at me in a VERY inappropriate way from behind and discussing with his client and/or coworker. This made me so uncomfortable and I won't be returning.

Staff was so helpful. My son is an account holder and they assisted with getting some documents notarized. Super professional, friendly, and efficient. I’m now considering getting a Chase account to get such wonderful service.

10 minute wait with no update only to be told they don't have checks available for existing members. Not 100% sure but that feels like something a bank should always have available. Hmmmm...
