If you would like to deal with some very unpleasant people go here and see bank teller Marissa, or her boss Natalie. Her attitude is she is above helping you that is her pure goal to turn you away so she can feel authoritative in her underlying role. Cheers girls well done.

Not the best Chase location. The drive thru atm is frequently out of service. Also, the tellers inside are not very friendly. I ask for change for my once a month events and they give me such a hard time. The workers can be very rude and can have better customer service.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, every time I come in here I wait in a huge line, forever, till I get sick of waiting and then leave. I give this place chance after chance to be different but it never is. The worst chase I've ever been to in my life! I'll go out of my way to a different one just not to do my business here!

Would give 1 star if I could. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere. They don't care about you, just your money. Tried to cash a check and they would not let me, only will allow deposit, but it is a state issues FML check that I have been acting 2 months for. So I ask for the check back and I will cash elsewhere. They put a stamp on th3 back that says canceled and now nowhere else will accept it. With no other choice I deposited into account and was told it would be available the next day..that was not the case, now there is a 7 day hold and nobody can do anything about it. Spoke with Bfanch Manager Natalie Eeg and she basically said I'm SOL and it doesn't matter that I have bills to pay. Did absolutely nothing for me, absolutely no help, no customer service, no nothing. Won't even answer calls so I have to drive there just to get info. Save yourself the headache, at this point I'd rather cash my check at a liquor store.

I come into this location around 4:20-4:25. New acct girl with short hair doesn't acknowledge me and continues to look at her screen... the other girl with long hair says hello and asked what I want today. Told her I wanted to open a few accounts, she looks at the clock and says "I might have enough time... but is it personal or business?" Told her it's personal. She proceeds and asks the KYC questions...and tells me she wants my ID. Showed her my phone as Chase is having a promotion on personal accts... $300 for new checking with $500 in direct deposits, $200 for savings acct with a deposit of $15k+ or $600 if you open both Chase Total Checking® + Chase SavingsSM at the same time and complete qualifying activities. Now the chase total checking has 3 ways to waive the monthly service fee. Their promotion doesn't specify when you open both, you have to do a certain thing... she told me I would need direct deposit... this conversation went back and forth... with me leaving.The whole experience of walking into Chase makes me for sure not want to bank with them. No acknowledgment for customers walking in, prefers to be done right at 5p or before to get out "on time".... That's not really customer service friendly to me... I GUARANTEE you, the bank I'm with, will never make you feel like this.

Teller seemed nice and told me to take a seat in the lobby. When the person who could help saw me they told me it would be 45 minutes. I could have used that information before wasting like 15 minutes just sitting in the lobby.
