This is horrible branch that misleads customers and dosn't keep its word when they promise to call ya.Employees can't even address ya by your own name.When complaining branch manager told me to take my business elsewhere when complaining.

This one star is just for Chase Bank at Barranca and Culver in the Crossroads shopping center. I convinced my mom to leave the former Bank of the West and take her money to Chase bank. Mom, I'm so sorry. A female helped my mom open an account. Supposedly that lady is a vice president or someone with a title. That woman was very impatient with my mom & didn't even help her along like I was assisted (at Newport Beach Fashion Island location). I was present when my mom asked to speak to that woman on the phone. She was brusque & said my mom was supposed to know how to figure it out on her on a computer. If you live in Irvine, go to the Harvard & Main street Chase Bank at the Ralph's shopping center. The Crossroads location is never going to be nice with that lady there. Everyone else there is nice, except for her. Because of her position, & her attitude, it will never be a kind location despite how nice most others are. Sorry to the nice tellers & the other nice ones at Barranca & Culver. Chase, please bring in a nice person with a title who opens accounts. Not going there ever.

Chase Bank decpetive marketing on $225 bonus...not what I would expect of a large bank like Chase to deceive customers. I followed all the steps with auto deposit. Because auto deposit went to savings instead of checking they with held the bonus! It did not say to deposit in checking. I have always deposited in savings transferring monthly expenditures only to checking....common strategy! This was done in office by their agent who also did not mention anything about checking or what difference it made. I assumed it was in their bank it should not make a difference. If there was a difference that difference should have been made known. This was not stated on the coupon either which I still have...

I went to this bank for my work bank deposits and they took an hour to process them when it should only take 5 minutes. I got in trouble for taking too long and lost my job as a result.The next and last time I visited I deposited a check using their ATM and never got a receipt for it or a confirmation that my check was deposited. Instead it just said complete. I assumed it was deposited, but the transaction never showed on my app. This is the worst Chase bank I've been to. Others I've never had issues with.

I have been an active customer with Chase for years, I run businesses and invest in real estate and am well educated on utilizing my credit. Out of nowhere, I received a letter from Chase that they were shutting down my 2 credit card accounts "because of unexpected activity on these accounts or another Chase account." That being said, nothing has changed with my credit usage in the years I've been using Chase except I started using one of their cards more. Their managers will not give me any information or provide any help whatsoever... This will greatly impact me as a business owner and real estate investor. I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through this. I would highly recommend steering clear of doing any business with Chase

This bank is the worst. I got a fraudulent charge, and they said they would take care of it they never did. That's why I go to schoolsfirst they are much more professional and don't ripoff their clients like chase does.

Customer service is very bad in this location. I came to deposit checks and open a new CD account, and was standing and waiting in the lobby. One lady from the booth helped her friend who came after me. When she passed by me, she even looked at me straight in the eyes and said nothing as if I was invisible. Another lady from the cashier came out and went outside to check up on her car . She passed by me & said nothing as the booth lady. No one asked me if I needed any help . I think Chase needs to send their employees to a basic customer service class. Anyway, I decide to go to open new account at another bank instead.

Andrew Irvine (Investment VP) was incredibly helpful in making a transfer to my account from my deceased Mother's account. The funds arrived in my account days before he estimated and it was a smooth experience.

I open a Chase Sapphire Checking Account at this branch 5 days ago. My stock portfolio manager called me today to say that Chase closed that account! When I called, I was informed that it was against the bank's policy to not disclose the reasons why the account was closed!Do not, I repeat DO NOT do any business with any branch of Chase Bank!!!

I've been going to this bank for 5+ years. Only writing this review because I came across a really disrespectful employee for the first time here and it's made my recent experiences here unpleasant. Fati was incredibly rude, condescending when I wanted further explanation about terminology and policies, muttering complaints under her breath while assisting me, and even taunting an elderly customer who was standing behind me in line. I'll have to avoid this place as long as she's still employed at this branch.

AWFUL!!! The service is pathetic. One Friday, they had one teller working as a long line was building. My wife and I are closing all accounts. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else. They do not deserve you.

In all my attempts to contact this bank, they have not answered the phone even once (and you cannot leave a message). I scheduled an appointment to update the personal information on my accounts, and it has still not been completely handled after almost two months (at the time of writing).Two stars because I assume they would at least be able to complete simple transactions at the counter (deposits/withdrawals/etc.).
