This is horrible branch that misleads customers and dosn't keep its word when they promise to call ya.Employees can't even address ya by your own name.When complaining branch manager told me to take my business elsewhere when complaining.

This bank is the worst. I got a fraudulent charge, and they said they would take care of it they never did. That's why I go to schoolsfirst they are much more professional and don't ripoff their clients like chase does.

I guess the manager and customer service department just don't care about improving their service and the customer satisfaction.
