We had issues with our refrigerator multiple times, I must say Jose, Ely and Juan did a fantastic job in resolving this forever by replacing it so professionally and very very quickly. I really appreciate their efforts of getting this beyond my expectations.

I stayed at this address 5051 Alton pkwy apt 152 Irvine ca 92604 from July 7 to August 16. Despite requesting a legal sublet, I was given an illegal sublet. I experienced roommate abuse during my stay. The house was in a terrible condition. The roommate smoked an electronic cigarette inside, and I have included the house and the electronic cigarette in yellow circles in the attached pictures as evidence. The balcony was filthy, and the ceilings were so dirty that they hadn't been cleaned for 8 years. He had curtains installed and changed the locks on the rooms a long time ago. He scammed me and took $1200 from me. He is mentally unstable and told me that he had been in and out of prison before. He also mentioned that if he stabbed me, nothing would happen to him because it was an illegal sublet. I don't understand how Irvine Company allows such people to live in their properties. I am filing a complaint against Irvine Company.

DON'T RENT HERE IF YOU HAVE A CAR, THEY WILL TOW IT IF YOU DON'T MOVE IT FOR 72 HOURS!
Hi everyone! I wish I didn't have to write this review, but it is necessary. I am a UCI student and I would advise you to stay away from renting anywhere in Cedar Creek apartments in Irvine California. I am a resident currently here and I went home recently for 3 days to help take care of my disabled grandparents. A friend picked me up and I left my car behind, which is registered with Cedar Creek, for two weeks. When I came back it had been towed and they did not send me any sort of notice like they assured me they would. I have been here for over a year and this is ridiculous. I haven't needed to drive around because I am in all online classes for the summer, but soon I will need a car to get to school. This group is a financial predator. I presented them with this information they merely lowered the fee from 1150 to 800, which was still unaffordable for me. I told them about my financial situation but they just don't care. If you want to be safe I would suggest renting elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment through the website to do a tour, but when I arrived, the self-guided tour app wasn’t working. When I called, they told me there weren’t any vacant units available to show. Seriously? Why let me schedule a tour and waste my time driving down here like I don’t have things to do? With this and the Northwood problems this property management company is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I was given a “heads up” that they didn’t have any apartments view at 12:13 pm…my tour was scheduled for 12:15…It’s not like I booked the tour last minute either

This complex is terrible old building there are a lot of rats in it, appeal to the office they still do not respond, only promises and that's it, I do not advise you to live here. The refrigerators are not working well all the food is missing, I asked them to change it and they don't hear me.???????

Irvine company actually has a series of one-sided rules and does not consider tenants and customers in any way. If you have to evacuate the rented house for any reason, you have to pay about 3 times the rent as damages, which is really cruel. My reason for moving is because the house smells bad and it is not known how many years this house has not been disinfected, the wood floors smell disgusting! Of course, in response to this message, they will definitely write that they will investigate, but previous experiences have shown that they do not and will not do anything to satisfy the customer and the tenant.

I recently moved out of Cedar Creek Apartment Homes, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Despite my efforts to leave the apartment in good condition, I was hit with an exorbitant move-out charge bill that left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.
One of the most frustrating aspects of my move-out experience was the unreasonable charges for apartment cleaning, carpet replacement, and repainting. Despite my best efforts to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment during my time there, I was shocked to find that I was being charged for cleaning services that seemed unnecessary. Additionally, the charges for carpet replacement and repainting felt excessive, especially considering the normal wear and tear that occurs over the course of a lease.
The lack of transparency in the move-out process only added to my frustration. It felt as though the management at Cedar Creek Apartment Homes was more focused on nickel-and-diming residents than providing fair and reasonable move-out procedures.
Overall, my move-out experience at Cedar Creek Apartment Homes was disappointing. While the apartment itself was decent, the lack of fairness and transparency in the move-out process left a sour taste in my mouth. I would caution anyone considering living here to be wary of potential hidden fees and unreasonable charges upon move-out.
