Avoid this bank at all cost.While it takes 24-48 hours to most banks to get you pre-approved CDC small business finance will play with you for 3 months wasting your time and money and potentially causing major credit problems and delays in your future refinances.My loan offices Chandler Vargas is an incompetent banker and should not be in a position he is.He is responding late,at some point ignored my emails for a couple of weeks and told me unacceptable excuses.He has no regards to people business and finances.After he turned me down after 3 months of back and forth paperwork he refused to give me his supervisor's name who apparently he had the conversation not to approve me at 3 am.He said the supervisor will contact me because he was unable to explain why i was turned down.He never did.

Steer clear of this firm. They partner with the SBA (for the matching program) and I am sure they are getting funds for small business loans but then have you go through the approval process only to be told you were not approved. I could be wrong but this place gave me a weird feeling. I guess I could be wrong but if you are dealing with money, better safe than sorry, in my opinion you should steer clear of this firm. I will also be reporting them to the SBA.

don’t waste your time applying for any pandemic emergency funding with this company. Especially the paycheck protection loan or the economic disaster loan. I applied at the end of March. They ran my credit three times docking over 30 points!They have rules that don’t even apply to loans during a pandemic emergency. As they should not.Instead of just saying that they run out of funding. They are saying that they want to focus on the paycheck protection loan. I believe this company is a scam. I wouldn’t even apply for any funding with this company they will waste your time a whole 2 1/2 months of it!Luckily I was approved through the SBA For 200k for disaster funding and I also received seven grants for women own businesses!This place is the worst!

I would not recommend doing business with this company if you have a choice. Our business was trying to get a small business loan (moving to a bigger location after 5 great years), and they made the process terrible. They don't know what they're doing, or even what the paperwork they request should look like. The process took about 8 weeks, and all we got was a Rejection. I asked what the next steps were because they wasted a lot of my time/money. They never emailed/called me back. Got a loan from another company within 2-weeks with a much better rate. I know that getting a business loan can be hard, but only go to them as a last resort!

I wonder how this company is still running? If they aren't lending they shouldn't be in business, simple as that! Total time wasters

I would not recommend them. This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. I had issues with them every step of the way.
