I cannot recommend CARSTAR McLaren Irvine highly enough. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The body work they performed on my car was absolutely flawless - you can't even tell there was ever any damage. What really impressed me was their attention to detail; they went above and beyond by including a deep cleaning of my car, which I wasn't expecting.
The finished result exceeded my expectations. The paint match is perfect, and the car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Their commitment to quality workmanship is evident in every aspect of their service.
If you need any body work done on your vehicle, this is definitely the place to go. Professional service, outstanding results, and those extra touches like the deep cleaning really set them apart from other body shops in the area.

I had a great experience with CARSTAR McLaren in Irvine.
Juan was assigned to work on my car and I appreciate all the work you do. Communicating with insurance on my behalf and having the job done as it should. I was giving updates via text daily, which I like so I don’t have to wonder when the car will be ready.
Everyone was polite and attentive.

I called a day before my visit to see if they could fit me in for a door panel reinstall that I couldn't figure out after a DIY project. They were extremely helpful and asked me to visit the next morning.
The next morning Branden took over my work order and was extremely helpful in getting the work done in a short period of time while keeping me updated as to the progress.
My sincere appreciation to the Branden and their staff for their professionalism and for taking care of my car repair.
Going forward, they will be my definite go to shop for any body work or repairs.

Worst shop ever, was trying to order a replacement part for Mercedes Benz after 3 weeks and multiple messages left for Brandon I finally reached him today. Tore into him like a freaking tornado!! This place is the most unprofessional shop! Lack of communication no control do not do business with these people!!

Dropped off my fleet vehicle after being rear ended at CARSTAR McLaren. Chose this repair facility because of my past experience when it was McLaren. As expected, 5 star professional and friendly service. Great communication throughout the process with fleet insurance and me. Juan provided an excellent experience from beginning to end. Entire office staff is friendly. My car was returned in pristine condition. There was no sign of repair. This is the place to come have your vehicle repaired after an accident!
