“Omar greeted me and was attentive. Great service! The car wash is fast and clean. I bought the membership for $20 which pays for itself after 2 car washes. Only thing is if you need a towel or air fresheners the dispenser doesn’t accept card ONLY CASH. I then went around to ask to pay for a towel and saw if you leave a google review they give you one free. Omar gave it to me free, for the inconvenience. Thank you for a delightful first time experience!!!”

I can say this, when I first moved to Irvine, I went to neighborhood car washes and none met my expectations and were so expensive. But Ultimate Detailing meets both my expectations and price point too. My car has always been perfectly clean and shiny the way I hope. It is such a good feeling like my life is more put together after Ultimate Detailing restores my car to glory. I can exhale a sigh of relief. My house and office might be complete disasters, but so nice to at least be at peace in my car. BUT, I must give props where props are due:
• The employees are polite, so you won't get yelled at for asking where the beef jerky is (it's by the Slim Jims, duh).
• The store is cleaner than my room, so you can grab a snack without worrying about contracting a mystery illness.

Plus I love the fact that the sodas are very carbonated and they actually taste real. I bought a big go Pepsi and it was really delicious The person that works behind the store is also really nice. He's the one who's behind the register. He does a really good job of making sure he gets all the customers in and out so the line does not start to back up. I hate when I go to gas stations and the line is super long”
