Ordered a king size bed from Cantoni. The bed arrived well packed, well-built, but had a problem with fitting our mattress. After initial conversation with support and not getting much help there, we reached out to one of the managers at Cantoni (Luca). He thoroughly investigated the issue and agreed that the bed has a design issue and Cantoni will pick it up for a full refund. Luca went further by helping us select another bed and let us keep the current bed while we’re awaiting for new bed delivery. He went above and beyond to help us in this situation.We’ll update this review with pictures once the new bed arrives (can’t wait).

Heather helped me find a new living room couch. I am so happy with her service and her patience and knowledge. I was dealing with really bad lower back problems for a while and I never imagined their quality Italian couches would help my recovery so much.

can't be trusted.I took a photo at the time of purchase, but the seller did not acknowledge the damage that was not in the photo, and claimed that there were scratches even before the sale, and did not even acknowledge the first photo, saying that the scratch was present from the beginning. Even though the photo tells everything, the photo The problem is not admitting yourself and telling lies.

A little upscale (i.e., expensive) and ostentatious (i.e., gaudy) for me. But considering they are high end, I was surprised that no one offered to help. One person said 'hi' while remaining seated at her desk. I guess I don't look like their normal clientele or that I could afford their stuff. Or then again it might have been the "Oh, yuck" look on my face.

Awesome experience at Cantoni, Houston. Makes the whole process of setting up your new house very easy and knowledgeable Design Consultants with no selling pressure of any sort typically experienced at other stores. Our design consultant Saghar was very helpful and answered all our additional questions over Email (when not in store). She was extremely knowledgeable and very patiently walked through all options and sometimes 'all over once again'. On one occasion she offered me the option for return or exchange (unheard at other stores) over a carpet that really didn't fit in our living room without sofa yet. Their delivery team was very polite and considerate of our home. The whole experience and of course personal shopping attention by Saghar has made us a Cantoni customer for life. Improvement Suggestions: - To offer some symbolic gift to their customers after a purchase - Add few modern linear lighting options to their awesome collection. - Collaborate closely with Gamma & Cattelan Italia to deliver on custom sofas promptly rather than average waiting for few months on the custom orders

My wife and I purchased several items of furniture from Sara at Cantoni Furniture in Irvine and received excellent service. We had an outstanding experience with Jeff, the general manager, and the delivery team. One of the items we purchased was a Italian leather couch that took nearly six months to get from Italy because of Covid. When Cantoni delivered the couch to our condo building, it would not fit in the elevator. We were so disappointed, but Jeff was very proactive and had his crew make a card board replica of the couch. They came out to our building to see if they could carry the couch up the stair well. We are on the 30th floor. We were skeptical, but Jeff was determined. Fortunately, another option was available. There was a possibility of putting the couch on top of the elevator cab. Jeff sent his crew out with the card board replica and the couch. They were able to get the card board replica on top of the elevator so they knew the actual couch would fit. In no time. the couch was in our condo on the 30th floor. We are so pleased, the couch looks fabulous! This has been one of the best experiences we have ever had with a company of any kind. Thank you to Jeff and his amazing staff.

We are so impressed with not only the gorgeous furniture we purchased but the customer service with Cantoni is extraordinary. We never write reviews but in this case we have to. We ordered a beautiful leather couch that Sara helped us to pick out. It took 6 months to get it from Italy . We live on the 30th floor of a condo building . When we were scheduled for delivery, the couch would not fit in the service elevator. Jeff, the manager, worked with the elevator company to place the couch on the top of the elevator to deliver it. He even said his company would carry it up the 30 floor, if they had to. He spent hours on the phone with us trying to figure out a solution. They are awesome. Got the couch up!

Cantoni has a wonderful selection of contemporary furniture. Over the course of two months, I purchased several items from Cantoni, including a couch, dining room chairs, bar stools, bed, dresser, night stands, and an area rug. The quality is first rate and, equally important, the service was stellar! From start to finish, Sean was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Very nice, high quality furniture. Large location with lots of options and stunning wall art. My favorite part was walking around and not being harassed by someone trying to sell me on an item. Very professional workers, and the location is extremely clean.
