When I bought my Bosch refrigerator I thought I was buying quality. The first one I got lasted less than a year. It took Bosch 14 weeks to get me a new refrigerator. They did send me a new one that one lasted three months and again I'm without refrigeration and freezer in my kitchen. up both times I have gone over four months in the past year and a half without a refrigerator or freezer in my kitchen. As I write this, I still do not have refrigeration and freezer in my kitchen. Bosch is Customer service absolutely sucks. I strongly suggest you buy another brand. I've made numerous calls to them and have not even got a call back So consumers beware, do not buy any Bosch products. They are very cheaply made, and they procedure in fixing them or replacing them can take up to a half of a year or longer. They simply don't give a crap.

I purchased a Bosch 500 Series 26 cu. ft. French Door Standard-Depth Smart Refrigerator with External Water and Ice which was delivered on 11/16/2022 and it has been nothing but a problem since.The refrigerator stopped cooling at the end of September of 2023, before it was 1 year old. I called customer service and was told that I would have to wait for three weeks for a Bosch technician to visit. I reached out to Best Buy (the place where we purchased the product) to see if they could come check the fridge. They were able to send someone within a week. After consulting with Bosch technical phone support, Best Buy technician ordered the initial parts which we were told to wait for another 2 weeks. At this point, we were out of refrigerator for over 3 weeks. When the parts arrived and were installed, the refrigerator was still broken. I called Bosch customer service again and was informed for the first time that Best Buy wasn’t the authorized installer of Bosch appliances, (this was surprising to me because Best Buy technician was on the phone with Bosh technical support the entire time during their multiple visits to my house). Customer support also told me that we had to wait for another three weeks for a technician’s availability. When finally, Bosch technician came in to see the fridge on 11/14/2023, he determined that the part needed was no longer provided by Bosch and that we needed an exchange for a new refrigerator.A couple days later, since I haven’t received any update on the status of the exchange, I called customer service to see when we could receive the new fridge. The customer service rep told me that I had to approve the management’s decision which couldn’t be previously shared via email. They have also mentioned it would take up to 10 days for them to hear back from the installers. I have followed up 2 weeks after the exchange approval on 11/30/2023, to be told to call back next week.At this point, we have been out of a working refrigerator for over 2 months, I am extremely frustrated. I had already wasted 7 hours of my time dealing with this issue and I still did not have a working product. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that no one was available. I was then put on hold for over an hour and got disconnected. When I finally spoke to someone, they were rude and unhelpful. They told me that with the Holidays coming there was nothing they could do to expedite the process and that I would just have to wait.To this day, we still don't have a working fridge.

Please subtract the one star, because this company is not worth even that. Absolute worst customer service. Third service visit for the same issue on our dishwasher was scheduled for today, and the service tech had called in sick, but no one from their office bothered to let me know. A third day of lost wages for me. When I called the service center to ask where he was, they told me he'd called in sick and furthermore, no one could come for a service visit for another week because they actually didn't have the part on hand. What would the tech have come out for today then? I'm so upset to work with this company.

I attempted to order a Bosch accessory through another website, but had nothing but problems. So I tried BSH and the item was in stock, competitively priced, and arrived quickly. I will use them again if the need arises.

Brand new fridge installed only to find out it does not work a ~ week still waiting for service person to call back with dates. Escalating and filing with BBB. Will file against reseller of good in addition to Bosh ex. of one of various issues missing part of the O in ON. beside this again no water , no alarm sounding etc...

Hector came by to fix our oven. Our unit is under warranty. This is not first time he has come by to do repair, he was easy to work with the first couple of times. Today he came by to fix the oven, 1) he asked us to provide chairs for him to put the oven on even though he had a dolly in his car which he was too lazy to get. 2) it seemed like it was his first time fixing this problem because he didnt know how to remove the old fan to put in a new one. Also he was rushing through the process. 3) after he fixed it, when putting the oven back, the oven was not aligned with the microwave above it, when asked, he said it was never aligned. I took a picture of the 2 items before he came by and showed him that it was aligned and he said we took it after????? 4) after that, he tried to align it by using a lot of force even though the problem is the electrical outlets behind the oven, it required him to get his dolly which he was too lazy to get again after putting it back in his car. He used so much force that he broke our cabinets. He got panic and left. Leaving us with a broken shelf, an oven hanging on a broken shelf unsecured.

This place is a joke. Once the appliance is out the door & money in their hands, the contact IS OVER. Supposed to pay for shipping on a return, by the billing address is expired. No customer service to even get an address. Run away. Fast.

This doesn’t get worse. Nothing gets fixed, we have been waiting for our dishwasher to get a part replaced which is very common. It has been SIX MONTHS and the issue is still there.

I really am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the sub-standard customer service that I have received from Thermador. I have a range that was purchased in 2017 for approximately $14,000.00. While I do love the range, I now have a very sour taste in my mouth. I accidentally broke the interior glass on my main oven by dropping a Pyrex loaf pan on it (the Pyrex pan is unharmed). The replacement glass is over $800 and I originally had a repair appointment set up for Dec 6th. I received a call rescheduling my appointment to Nov. 11th. When the technician called me on Nov 10th, I was advised that my glass was never ordered and that my appointment would have to be rescheduled. When the appointment was rescheduled, it was set for Dec. 13th....when I contacted Thermador no customer service I was advised that there was nothing that could be done regarding my new appointment that was over a month away. Finally, after I aired my dissatisfaction with that answer, he stated that he was going to expedite my appointment because it is a safety issue. As of today, I have heard nothing and have been on hold for over 47 minutes just to speak with a customer service representative with Thermador. BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF YOU BUY THERMADOR DUE TO THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.UPDATE: my December 13th appointment day finally arrived and the service technician could not have been nicer. He was also on time and fixed my oven. At least when you do have a technician come out they are courteous and professional. It's just too bad you have to wait so long.... I originally was only giving one star but did change to three only because of the service technician.

We purchased a new Bosch steam oven, an oven and a microwave. The first time my wife used the self-cleaning feature on the oven, the glass in the oven door shattered. It took hundreds of phone calls, numerous visits by inept technicians, and over a year to get the oven door repaired. They actually tried to blame me for not knowing the oven door was not in spec–something they should have identified before it left the factory. I got so tired of fighting them, I had to shame the president of the company on Linked In before we got our repair done.During that time, our $1500 Bosch microwave died (in the second year of service). The technician told us that basically, they are disposable and not worth fixing. We purchased Bosch because we thought they were a quality product. We were wrong.

Absolutely, unbelievably worthless, Thermador Bosch should remove every one of these so called customer service representatives. 9 days and hours on the phone spent trying to get a Thermador technician to come and diagnose a $9K refrigerator and they have no one. called a local tech came out and repaired it in one hour.

BSH is a confirmed company full of shysters. Let's tell you why... This is a follow up review secondary to a one star review posted on Google. Go read it - it's a good one. BBB Also has a similar review posted. Extra Life Appliance came over today and fixed the long-standing dishwasher problem within five working minutes. There was dirt and debris on top of the sensor plate which was activating the error 15 code..And Mind you this dishwasher is only one month old... Extra Life Appliance in the end charged us $150 including the service call fee. Normally it is $220; But seeing how quick the issue was resolved, the technician was accommodating; Secondary to hearing his Thermador and BSH manipulated the repair order in trying to up price customers Who have a one month old Thermidor product. BSH - When they came over; they were going to charge us $680 - For ordering unnecessary parts: and adding insult to their own injury, they never conveyed this adjusted price to Thermidor.. where, Unbeknownst to them: Thermador had quietly sent us an email to confirm a review for purchase of said un needed parts at only at $555.18... BSH kept on pushing the 680 price tag; We told him to go fish and to call us back to figure out what Thermidor says per contract. Not a single call back. Yeah - I'd keep quiet too if I were them Walking around with all that dirt. So BSH got caught and made an unwarranted parts order, that held no foundation for repairs, just exploiting and cashing in failed attempts at extra revenue, And there Thermidor quietly takes it, Foot in mouth, Spreading their and Takes their degenerate 3rd party contractors word for it... Shame on these shysters from Deutschland - Thermador and Bosch are NOT even BBB Accredited. Buy American And y'all Stay away from this multiple abhorrent one star reviews for a flop for a company.

Use at your own risk!! They come out and charge you for an evaluation say they will order a part and never come back! They are thieves, call someone else, anyone else! When I call them now they just hang up on me! I called 800-578-6890.
