I attempted to order a Bosch accessory through another website, but had nothing but problems. So I tried BSH and the item was in stock, competitively priced, and arrived quickly. I will use them again if the need arises.

Brand new fridge installed only to find out it does not work a ~ week still waiting for service person to call back with dates. Escalating and filing with BBB. Will file against reseller of good in addition to Bosh ex. of one of various issues missing part of the O in ON. beside this again no water , no alarm sounding... read full comment

As others have said, the customer service at this company is ATROCIOUS! I will never buy another Bosch appliance again.
