Kinda crazy making, initially - I had to go into the site 3-4 TIMES to navigate it. Kept switching pages too quickly, and w/o me doing anything! THEN, there was some problem with a perfectly good password, that had always worked before. I wanted to give up!!! Anyway, finally, I relentlessly pursued purchase of MY choices, anyway, (not their distracting me and steering me to THEIR choices), and I bought my vitamins. BTW, their vitamins ARE great! As are their Clinics, (Dr. Amen's Clinics)! On their site, when they finally realized it was me, (I guess), they turned around their attitude 180 degrees, and told me about rewards points I didn't even know I had. This discounted my whole order an additional $19 off the TOP!!! That was great! I was pleased to see how they have greatly expanded their offerings, which must have taken a LOT of work to research and formulate these new vitamin formulas. At that point, suddenly the site became much easier to navigate!!! (Go figure!) What I was NOT Pleased about was I, and everyone else has to order $75 worth of stuff to get free shipping, which I did NOT do. That's kinda lousy for people who ain't rich, and even the rich people might feel taken advantage of, too!

Yes, my experience with the supplements BrainMD has been fantastic because I found excellent products that help me with my necessities. It is incredible to have this convenience to help with our health, which is so essential for me. I want to thank BrainMD.

More of a little showroom, but you can purchase product here now plus online. They have really high quality products, especially their Omega (no fishy aftertaste), the multivitamin (Neurovite Plus), and Neurolink (I use for anxiety). I use a lot of their products and love them! Best kids vitamin I've found (as far as what's in it) although the taste is somewhat bitter.

I was grateful to find Brain MD’s Brain & Memory Power Boost supplement after I hit age 50. I have been using it for more than 3 years now, and it has made a very noticeable difference. I have recommended it to several friends.

Well, until this last order, I've always had great luck with them. About a month ago I ordered the decadent chocolate bars. When they arrived, they had been subjected to high heat and had melted. This has rendered the bars unedible! When I called them about this, they basically said "too bad" and wouldn't do anything about it.I frequently order wine from California, and when it gets hot, the wineries always either use cold storage shipping (dry ice), or they wait till it cools off - which is what I expected when I ordered the bars.This is no way to conduct business and this formerly frequent orderer will no longer be ordering anything from them!

I ordered a free sample, but was charged $2 for shipping. OK. Then without my permission they started charging me $40.46 for a full order. I spoke directly with the agent prior to ordering the free sample, expressing concerns over potential side-effects. I told her that I would make a decision after that about ordering a full bottle. No problem. Right. Problem. Had to call credit card company to report fraud.

I have personally seen the positive difference these products have had on a client of mine that had full blown Alzheimer's, and my husband who has the beginnings of vascular dementia. This is really a remarkable product if used correctly and over time.

Without the services of the Amen Clinic and the supplements I use from them, I would still be at the effect of my Attention Deficit Disorder. For me, what that meant was that I would continually be frustrated by the mediocre results I was producing compared to my potential.

I ordered a supplement from them but did not receive it. When I reached out to customer service, they said it was delivered and to file a claim with the shipper. I used to work for a shipping company. I know that the majority of the time, the shipper submits the claim because the communication from the shipping company goes to the shipper. Having the customer do this instead of helping them is just poor customer service. I cant comment on their products but I do know, if you have a problem with receiving your package, don't expect any help from them.
