This has been a great store ever since it first opened. Excellent customer service. Excellent repairs. You can find something online and often pick it up at the store to avoid the line, but they always have sufficient cashiers so the line is never very long. Someone will greet you and be happy to help you find whatever you want.

Been going to this best buy for years. Service has always been the best. Every issue i've ever had have always helped. Raul in shift leader and Chris from wear house did great helped me out so much!

Bought phone screen protector and paid for installation. I know..I know..but I'm terrible at doing it so I'm glad that service is offered. Anyways I purchased the product was told to go to Geeksquad so I go stand there for about 5 minutes along with another person and didn't even get some kind acknowledgment from anyone working there that I'd be helped or anything. There was one geek squad worker held up with another customer but maybe 5 regular Best Buy employees in the vicinity. Couldn't afford to waste any time so I left but asked why there wasn't anyone that could help. They kind of starred at me blankly and one said oh yeah that's a Geek Squad thing. I guess it's only a matter of time Best Buy goes bankrupt so what's the point of criticizing these lazy workers, the business is just built terribly for this day and age

Geek Squad is right. What a bunch of worthless dorks. I wanted to set up streaming on my tv, and I was told I would be charhed if they had to instruct me on what to purchase, and how to install the product I'm purchasing from. This isn't the first time I've had problems with "best buy". I purchased a Garmin watch a year ago that malfunctioned, and had to return it to the manufacturer, because the Dork Squad blamed me for the issue. That's just another of the episodes with your company. I'll never bother to shop at your stores again.

Just had the weirdest phone experience. Nearly impossible to call and speak with an associate. I somehow got thru the maze, and the kid on the other end was so ketamined out he couldn't even get past square one or listen long enough to hear the question. Then he hung up! Lmao. Who's hiring and training these people?

The worst ever. As other reviewers mentioned the staff lie including the store manager. This is a rip off business, very disorganised and employees don't care for their employer they say anything and everything to mislead the customers. I ordered an appliance, on the scheduled delivery day it got rescheduled, I went to the store and spoke with the store manager and instead of helping he lied to me. He confirmed new delivery date which turned to be a big lie. Once I left the store I received an email that I needed to call to schedule a delivery. Long story short the scheduling and rescheduling went on for few days and finally I decided to cancel the order Bottom line the problems with best buy are: 1. Disorganised, unreliable tools 2. Customer service is the worst 4. Store managers are the worst. They don't hesitate to lie and they have no concept of customer satisfaction My advise: is to buy from Costco or other reputable stores. Don't waste your time, energy and money at best buy. If you think you found a good deal and your saving money, you're wrong. I feel cheated and lied to. Never again

I had a great experience with getting my dash cam hardwired through my car. Jack from geek squad was awesome and thorough. He paid attention to detail and finished quickly. Highly recommend!

There's usually a couple of workers at the door when you walk in ready to help you. On this occasion, I entered and they both kept talking with each other as I stood looking at them and two men walked in behind me and they quickly asked each of them what they could help them with. I started walking around the place with the part I needed when a very friendly, helpful gentleman came out of nowhere and asked if I needed help. When I showed him what I needed he knew just where to find it and assured me it would work. When I went to pay, I asked what his name was and she told me it was "JESUS". AMEN!

If you go to this location ask for Paul!!! His customer experience is superb and he found me the perfect laptop for the best price. He was patient with me and spent my money like it was his own. Thanks Paul.. you truly ate the beat and Best Buy is lucky to have you!

Knowing nothing about tv's I sought the input of a professional and was not let down. Paul recommended a tv based on my needs and gave me great intel on specs. Never assume you know everything because technology advances so quickly.
