I took my suits to Bellas Fashion and Custom Tailoring for simple alterations, but they charged me $150, which was twice as much as what the other groomsmen paid for the same work. The attitude was terrible, and when I picked up my suits, they were a disaster. They hadn't even ironed them, and loose threads were everywhere. Terrible work, poor service. I do not recommend them.

It's hard to find someone who can do it right, I'm 6'3" with a XL upper and a 34" waist so every single shirt and coat I wear has to be tailored. They have always done an amazing job and make me look great. Just wanted to post a very positive review and an amazing service.

The Bellaz team is amazing! They tailored my wedding dress in less than three weeks for a very reasonable price, including bringing in the waist and bust, adding straps, and adding a bustle. The work looks professional and the dress fits just how I wanted it. If you're looking to be coddled or pampered, you might find their service gruff or off-putting. However, I thought it was refreshing that they were very honest about which of my requests were reasonable and which were not achievable, providing professional opinions and not just saying yes to everything. I'll definitely return if I have any other tailoring needs! The only other thing I'll add is that they don't always call back or pick up. If that's going to stress you out, it might be best to look elsewhere. But if you're able to be flexible, willing to communicate in other ways, or fine with driving to them and potentially having to return another day, their work is solid and trustworthy. THANK YOU for taking care of my dress!

My recent encounter with Bellaz custom tailoring in Irvine left much to be desired. I found myself confronted with inflated pricing and questionable representations of the required work's complexity. It became apparent that the owner's approach leaned toward maximizing profit rather than providing fair and transparent service. Thankfully, I exercised tactfulness and sought alternative options. The subsequent tailor not only offered a more comprehensive service but did so at a significantly lower cost compared to Bellaz's initial estimate. For prospective clients, exercising caution and thorough research is advised before engaging Bellaz. Seek out establishments that prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction to avoid potential disappointment and financial overburden.

I’d used Bellaz’s altering services twice and both times they were exceptional with my time, sizing and comfortability of the alterations prior to picking up clothing. They also don’t judge based on size, I’m come in the past being a much smaller size and they were inclusive of me and my larger size since I’d gained weight since my previous time here. Inclusivity matters! I highly recommend this alternation shop!
