Extremely poor service. The bank manager was very rude. Two months after closing my account they are still sending checks out from a closed account under their banking online and then I get charged with fees from entities receiving the checks from closed account. Been to the bank several times telling them to stop sending checks out. Each month they assure me that it’s closed and it shouldn’t be going out and they still send in funded checks out under my name.Avoid this bankBehrooz P

Very good customer service and helpful workers this branch compare to other bank of the west . It made me feel as a customer that we are important over the phone or in person.I’m very satisfy here. We have been here since 1990’s.

I can't even find the decency to give one star. This branch is THE WORST from the extreme poor customer service, to the girl with the ratchet hair.... Close the whole branch and START OVER. The customer service just up the street is welcoming and professional. The poorest reflection and any business. There is never anyone there, and it is clear why. DO NOT GO WORST WORST WORST. WOULD LET ME POST IF I DID NOT GIVE ONE STAR

On 4 separate occasions I had money zelled to me either on the day or before and and online it says I have my funds available. I visited this location and on all 4 times they declined to give me my funds. Management here n teller is horrible. I had to go to another location miles away and got my funds there. Wasting my time. Costing me time and money. I would never recommend banking at this location.

I read bad reviews about this bank yesterday but decided to try for myself. I walked in at 11:55 asked to open a bank account they stated sorry we close at 12. I said so there is no one here that can help me open an account?no the system closes down right at 12. I said your hours say open until 12 which would say to me if I make it into the bank before that time you would help me. No our systems close down. Hmm so If your in line at 12 you cannot deposit your money really let's be honest they just didn't want to take the extra 15 minutes to help me out. They said would you like to make an appointment I said no I'll take my business elsewhere thank you. So I went and I saw and the reviews I read were correct.
