Very bad customer Service I was given wrong information and then later when that very same information screwed me, I wasn’t even apologized to, I was just told that it’s not their fault, and that I should’ve done more research on top of all that the head manager came out and was very rude to me basically shutting me up, horrible.

Why is coming to this branch always such a pain? Three teller stations, always only two tellers and a long line. Allow 15 minutes or more for a simple deposit. When I got in line, both tellers were busy and only one customer ahead of me. When I left, 9 customers behind. On the positive side, my teller Crystal was efficient and nice. BAC, if you want to have branches, treat your customers with respect.

Terrible service overall. I requested a cashier check. The teller had me to write the withdrawal note which usually was written by teller In other branches, because it is easy to make mistakes. Finally I wrote four times to get a right one, long line behind me and the teller just sitting behind the counter. Also opening at 10 am and close at 4 pm doesn’t give clients conveniences.

I thought my experience was bad but this location the staff really don't care, especially the Merrill Lynch people. The person I dealt with was so incompetent. I feel Chase staff is way better and receptive and attentive. It takes multiple trips to get an investment account open. After weeks and all the paperwork submitted, they still want us to go in a spend more time redoing paperwork because their staff messed up on a notary. Don't waste your time at this Bank.

Employees are courteous. It's a nice location. Tends to be busy but associates are fast and efficient.

I had bad experience there too and was not going to write anything but until I saw all the 1 star reviews at this branch at least 3+ years ago, and someone from BofA dept has been responding since, I am curious, why is it still bad? any reviews and trainings?

It is a very large bank with a lot of weird rules, for example, a corporate has to get an ATM card in order to do online wiring payment. It is a troublesome for a corporate to keep an ATM card.

One teller to service a long line and no one gives a s**** I mean seriously Bank of America stop being so cheap and hire more people. No need to thank us over the phone a thousand times for being a loyal customer. How about just hiring more people to help your clients.

6356 Irvine Blvd, Irvine, CA 92620 On 05/15/2022 at 19:09 I deposited about $7,000 at ATM #ICAD4436 and the machine froze for some time and gave me only a check stating that the machine could not return my banknotes and could not process my request. And they asked me to call and open the claim. On 06/16/22 I called and opened claim, 2 months later 07/13/2022 I got a response from the bank that unfortunately they have not found any records and denied the claim. I called them and asked them to reopen the claim, but they refused. Went to the bank branch and along with the bank, the representative called the claim department the answer is the same we don't have any records. How it can be possible? ITS A SCAM!!!

They shuffle open and branches. It doesn’t matter always 1 teller. What I need to do is not an on line option. Standing here 11th in line at 2 on a thirsday. 1 teller. I always show the one teller a little love. They know how ridiculous this is. Turnover has to be a special problem with this company.

What a garbage experience. Constantly only 1 teller who has some supervisor hovering around doing nothing. And a bunch of useless folks roaming the floor offering their condolences to the long line of patrons stretching out the door.

Consistently only 1 teller to service the long line of customers. Prepare to wait 25+ minutes. Wells Fargo in the same plaza is better in every way.
