Tried to use the ATM indoor by tapping my debit card on the scanner to open it. It doesn't open, not even with my credit card. If you're going to shove your ATM indoors and close on Sundays, at least have an operational card reader so people can make their deposits or withdrawals. Some of us love having healthy knees and having to get in a car and wait in line is a drag

Every time I go into this branch it's always shortstaffed, and even yesterday the branch manager wouldn't do a wire for me because I didn't have a pin number or close my account. This is the worst Bank of America and I'm closing all my business accounts because it's encounter yesterday with this branch manager.

The manager of the Quail hill Irvine branch is awful. I think her name is Susan ( an Asian). She is very disrespectful and with no knowledge of solving banking troubles and putting no effort to get the problem solved. She treated me like I am her servant. She claimed to call and get answer for the problem. I went to other branch and the manager, Rosy, worked with me step by step through website. So this problem could be solved by phone as she claimed. I would like Bank of America consider this review and bring to her attention about rude behavior and carelessness.

I had a poor experience at the bank branch where only one employee handles all services, including cashier duties. I waited at the entrance for half an hour for the manager to finish with a closed-door, only to receive no assistance.The manager was rude to everyone

Some of the most incompetent people I’ve ever seen staffed at a bank. I have 5 different BoFA biz accounts - both refused to deposit a check from one of our customers due to the handwriting of a check - never had any issues with cashing other checks from this customer and their handwriting has not changed. Very incompetent and unprofessional staff. I have been a “preferred platinum honored” blah blah member for a long while and went to this this location to do the simplest transaction of transferring money between MY OWN ACCOUNTS AT BANK OF AMERICA and they still couldn’t do it! The teller was so rude and the supervisor didn’t care. Seriously thinking of taking all of my business to another bank.

The rating for this branch is 0 stars. Understaffed and the staff in work make lots of mistakes resulting in long lines. I was waiting or forty minutes just to get 40 cash from my account. When I arrived I was the second person in line. Cashier made mistake 2 times on a cashier check Awful customer service.

This location is very frustrating. It seems they always have only one teller working at a time. You wait for long line and then find out they can't assist you because they don't have change or they can't assist you. I already went few times and I had to leave seeing long line. You also have to make appointment for vey simple task. Why you have a beach that can't support local customers. I already avoid working with humans as much as possible when you are at this branch. Top of that, time to time ATM DOES NOT WORKING PROPERLY!! I have both personal and business accounts with this bank. I am not sure if beach manger is properly trained on Customer service or allocation of Human Resources!THIS BRANCH REALLY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!!

I have never had a good experience with this branch. The staff is beyond rude and on three different occasions I have gone i to get cash in a way I could not achieve via the ATM and no one has been able to help me. Once they said I could only deposit money because they were not doing any cash transactions. Another time the only teller scheduled did not show up and the manager did not know what to do. Bank of America is an incompetent company I will be moving all my money soon. I have been a customer for over 20 years and can no longer deal with their lack of service and rudeness.

Just wasted 30 min just trying to cash a check. Their system is terrible, having the manager work out front.She has to leave the customers she is working with to come around to approve anything. And if she’s occupied you have to wait.The teller didn’t get the TWO approvals so after the first one the manager left and got preoccupied.After 30 min of waiting had to leave for a work call. Ridiculous.
