Unpleasant Experience with Banker! I recently had an unfortunate encounter with one of the banker name Jing. The service provided was far from satisfactory, with Jing displaying a lack of professionalism and rudeness throughout the interaction. Despite my efforts to address concerns, the experience left me dissatisfied and questioning the quality of customer service at this location. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in staff training and overall service quality. She repeated her wrong answer several times with an aggressive.

10 customers in line, one teller. This branch moves at glacial speed. The assistant manager, Hilla Safaielahi, is easily the rudest human I have ever encountered in a customer service position. Condescending, irritable, unfriendly, and unhelpful; she did not offer solutions to my banking issue, only threw my checks back at me and was incredibly rude to me. I have been a BofA customer since the early 1980s and have 8 accounts with them; I have never been treated this poorly by ANY employee of theirs.I will be closing all of my accounts based upon the actions and attitude of this employee and the teller, Connie. You lost both of my business accounts and personal accounts. Good work, Hilla.

Only one Cashier is actively working. Unbelievable long lines just for a minor transaction that had to be done by a cashier. One of the worst locations I've ever been too. Employees are nice but they are incredibly short staffed, I'm moving all of my banking to chase! Way better customer service

Okay, I don't normally go around reviewing banks. I mean, they're like Starbucks--not much to expect, but they're everywhere and they get the job done. When I was visiting my friend in Irvine, I needed to drop by a local BOA. I searched one up on Yelp and found this branch. I was surprised by all the bad reviews with this one and all its nearby branches in Irvine. After my experience and seeing all these bad reviews, thought I'd share mine: 1) I was immediately greeted by a lady sitting right at the entrance. She asked what I needed and referred me to someone who promptly greeted me and seated me in his office within minutes. 2) The place was clean, bright and had nice decor. I wouldn't mind just sitting and lounging in there. 3) After going through my records and checking banks, the man referred me to another person to save me money on my money transfer. 4) Connie was a beautiful and kind elderly lady who helped me out on multiple transactions. She was great! Not sure why people hated on this place, but my 9AM experience on a Saturday was great. Maybe it's the day and timing? I would go here again.

Super bad, the worst bank. Very bad service and always long waiting list. Don't open any account there, waste your time, waste your money.

Very nice people but always a wait. They seem empty most of the time and wait times are 5-10 minutes. There seem to be plenty of workers but few to help. Frustrating to see then doing other things and walking by looking busy and not concerned you are waiting.

Worst customer service. Poor Management. Always long wait with no regard for customers' time.

This review is not for this branch but rather for Bank of America in general. I made a check deposit on 2/20. The check was debited on the other end on 2/21, yet BofA does not want to credit my account till 7 business days later. Looks like time to look into a bank that cares for their customers and not their wallet.

Exceptionally rude customer service. Our transaction was not complete and the bank teller decided to go check her cell phone in front of my face.

I visited this branch on 8/23/2018 to obtain a cashier's check, and the teller somehow forgot to ask me which checking account to use and ended up withdrawing funds from the wrong one. She even wrote out the withdrawal slip herself (I have a copy with her handwriting). When the error caused me to have two overdraft fees the next day, I called the bank's main customer service line and they were complete jerks about it and refused to refund the fees. I had to file a complaint with the CFPB and threaten to sue. I spoke to a nice woman at the branch who put in a request on my behalf, but as of right now the refund is locked out by BofA's customer service department. What a bunch of crooks!

Except for the people that work here - specifically the tellers - this bank sucks. They have a policy of never having more than 2 tellers working at a time, and if one goes to lunch or takes a break, they are then down to one. I waste so much time standing in line here. Go to Wells Fargo a block away. Always 3+ tellers, and a much better corporate attitude!

No matter what time you arrive there is one teller and 6-7 pissed people standing in line. Six people sitting in offices doing nothing. I have to unfortunately go into a bofa to make a deposit once a month. I dread it. The lady in front of me today turns around and says "I hate this place" and my response is "You have no idea". Same story she gets stuck once a month making a deposit. Why anyone would bank here is mind boggling.
