This is really bad salon, they charged my daughter $400 to blow out her hair and the result is this frizzy hair. They told her when she started that it is gonna cost $120 and then forced her to pay $400. They are cheaters and unethical unprofessional. And the result is really bad and frizzy hair. I don’t recommend this salon at all. Such a waste of time and money.

Jessie is an amazing hairdresser professional. I went to Aveda hair salon for the first time to do a haircut. Jessie is very skilled and did a wonderful job. Thank you so much Jessie!?

"I recently visited the Aveda hair salon for a partial highlight and trim. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did they charge me a hefty $350 for the services, but the partial highlight turned out to be a disaster, leaving my hair with three different colors that looked nothing like what I had requested.When I expressed my concerns and asked for a correction, I was shocked to hear that they wanted an additional $150 to fix the mess they had created. This felt like an attempt to squeeze more money out of me, rather than taking responsibility for their mistake.Overall, my experience with Aveda was nothing short of a scam, with subpar results and a lack of customer service. I would strongly advise against trusting them with your hair, as it was a costly and disappointing experience

Worst place ever. Owner/manager is rude and does not take accountability. They are dishonest and try to overcharge. Had an eyebrow wax they burnt my eye lids and blamed it on my skin. I have had waxing for years have never had a problem. BE AWARE, STAY AWAY

Truly such an awful experience. I love Aveda salons and hate that this one has their brand as it isn’t fair to them.I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and then proceeded to wait about 40 minutes for Michelle to finally greet me after very slowly working with her last client.I ended up paying $90 for a shampoo and one inch haircut. I didn’t even get a blow dry. I’m too shy but I should’ve told them right then and there I wasn’t paying all that for my horrible experience.The receptionist wasn’t communicative and mostly just stared at me while I waited. Zero customer service skills.I will never be returning and hope that another owner will take over.

It's way too expensive for what they offer. I got my legs waxed there, and they only waxed half my legs because that's all that they were allowed to do.. and just for half a leg it was 200$

I have been a client of Aveda Belle Isle since they opened many years ago. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is always professional , accommodating and friendly. Sahera is an artist when it comes to hair. Not a day goes by without someone complimenting me on my hair. She is patient and works with me to make sure I love it. I did dye my hair to single color, my hair length is below my neck, they charged me for $170. I asked for dark brown and they dyed my hair to black and now the roots are even darker than the other area. The stylist recommended me to wash my hair couple of times more than the other area to get fixed. Totally disappointing. I never go back there and do not recommend anyone to go there too.

They just ruined my hair and I made in different colors, the manager was so rude amd they did not apologize for messing up my hair. Do not recommend at all. Bad quality, bad quality, bad quality.

I was there for their hair services' the result is so bad and they charged me for $200. They did not dyed my hair properly, the color is not as i asked and i have coiple of colora nor, while i asked for a single color. The manager is so rude.
