I jusI just wanted to leave a review for Sam and Fatima. From the moment I walked in the door, they were so helpful. They helped me set up my son's new Apple Watch and they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. All the staff were amazing! Great customer service. This is definitely my go-to AT&T store! Thank you.

It was time to update our phones. My husband and son still had the XR iPhones. So my husband and decided to check out Att&t’s promotion and upgrade. The experience was great Sam helped us he was very knowledgeable and patient transferring our lines over from Verizon. Highly recommend!

My visit to the AT&T store was mostly positive. Fatima was a standout, providing friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful service. She attentively addressed my concerns and offered solutions with a level of professionalism that's truly commendable. The only downside was the limited staff, which led to a longer wait time than expected. Despite this, the service quality once attended to was excellent, and I'd happily return for Fatima's exceptional assistance.

I went into purchase a phone by using my upgrade while on vacation. I feel like they saw me coming and took advantage of me. I was helped by Zee who seemed very personable and even gave me her personal number to call when I arrived back in Massachusetts to finish my upgrade. When I retuned home to find the phone shipped to my house I was very excited and it seemed easy to transfer my data and then upon going to the store to return my old phone it all spiraled and has been a nightmare since.I called for help at your store and Sam said he was taking notes and would get back to me but its been 2 weeks with no response.Very unhappy with customer service.

Went in November 11 and I talked to some older lady named Zeinab who claimed she was a manger and who told me I was in good hands and when I left I was mortified to realize that instead of getting an upgrade like I went in for she set up a whole new line and then gave me the new phone I wanted and added protection for 2 wearables on top of the protection for 4 and completely messed up my account and forced me to go to another store and pay more money to which I called the store and asked who the district manager was and some guy named Sam told me HE was the manger if he’s the manger than why did that Zee lady tell me she was. Absolutely poor management!!! I will never be returning and I advise everyone to quickly check this store off their maps unless they want to be swindled out of over $1000

Absolutely would recommend this location the Manager Nick is so clear in what he is doing and what you should do depending on your situation. Great customer service prompt in attitude and letting you know he will get to you if he is busy.

I visited this store 2 days ago and Hany helped me with a new ATT fibre internet account setup. Hany was extremely professional, knowledgable, and polite. He knew his stuff amazingly well and when my new address was having issues - he was able to quickly troubleshoot & resolve it. I was in & out of the store within 10 minutes. I got ATT installed today and the entire experience has been outstanding. Thank you!

Went in to do a trade-in. ATT had a software bug requiring cancelling an invalid contract. Nick turned a stressful situation into a good one by handling all the back-end work required to fix the system issues, while simultaneously working to assist other patrons. 10/10 service.

I visited the store 2 days ago and Hany helped me with a new ATT fiber internet account setup. Hany was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and Polite. He knew his stuff amazingly well - I was in & out within 10 minutes. I got ATT installed today and the entire experience has been outstanding!

I was helped by a team member named Chris and this was one of the worst customer experiences I've had in some time. I went in to upgrade my families phones and was told that we can exchange 4 phones for free. Then was told it would take 15 minutes to complete the transaction. An hour later they said that I need to pay $800 because I have bad credit. BTW - I have excellent credit with an 800+ FICO score. I told them that is not going to work then they said that they have to reenter my application and put me down as a military vet (which I'm not) and they were 80% that would work. I told them I'm not a military vet and they said that could take an additional an hour and a half.So long story short it was going to take me 2.5 hours to upgrade 4 phones. I walked out of the store and was helped by another store down the street in 15 minutes.Very unfortunate that AT&T allows people to work their stores that have no idea what they are doing.
