I visited the store 2 days ago and Hany helped me with a new ATT fiber internet account setup. Hany was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and Polite. He knew his stuff amazingly well - I was in & out within 10 minutes. I got ATT installed today and the entire experience has been outstanding!

SAM & STEPHANIE Are absolutely without a doubt the worst people ever existed at AT&T Customer Service. I went to the store and stephanie said we will check your credit once and i saw the are 4 inquiries on my report and decided not to go with the service and believe me when i say she is rude as hell go there and find out yourselves. Now today 3/13/2023 @ 6:10 pm i went to the store because i have been getting weird emails that I already have the service and they will bill me and etc, I spoke with SAM and this guy i will have him fired within a month because i already filed a complaint with the BBB he is rude like no other i told him what stephanie did and he said i DONT CARE THIS IS ABOVE ME and i told him when you guys make a sale you guys do whatever it takes and now because no sale you don't care huh !!! And i told him about the email he said IDK i need a phone number i told him i did not get any numbers because i decided not to go with the service can i give you name address etc just to look it up he said again I DONT CARE ! PEOPLE I AM WARNING YOU DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THE OTHER STORE IS A COUPLE MILES AWAY I PROMISE YOU YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

This is my go-to store, never have any issues. The employee Sam was such great help. He was super patient with me. The store is always well organized and clean.

Avoid the sales associate Stephanie G as she uses deceptive, if not fraudulent, tactics, to add charges to your account. I purchased an iPhone and traded in my old phone. Although I explicitly told her I do NOT want the device protection plan, Stephanie added it to my account anyway resulting in an unauthorized $17 charge. I tried 4 times to speak to the store manager Sam, but they refused to speak to me. So if there's an issue no one at this store will help you. Reported this practice to AT&T central customer service and had the charges removed. But it took so much time and effort to reverse charges for a plan that I never asked for. See attached documentation. Save your time and energy by avoiding this store.

Seeing these 1 star reviews is rather interesting since my experience was a very positive one. I came in to set up eSIM since I had just purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max and the guy that helped me was pretty quick and even offered to help set up the phone after the sim conversation was done even though that part had nothing to do with AT&T. Very happy with the service I got. Only negative of the experience was that the store is very hidden away in the Spectrum so using the mall map is necessary.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE. My husband and I came in last month to upgrade a phone. Fast forward to this month and getting our first bill, it's $200 more! $200! They swindled us. I am on the phone now with AT&T customer service to fix everything and complain about the "sales rep". He needs to be fired immediately. SHAME ON HIM. Don't go here and don't trust anything anyone from this store says. AT&T is great, but this store has got to go.

I walked into AT&T immediately after switching over to TMobile to try to pay off the reminder of my old phone in-store. The employees were pretty vocal about me having a TMobile bag in hand saying they couldn't help me cause I switched over. It's not cool to bash competitors and to leave past customers with a bad taste in their mouth when they think of AT&T. Pretty bad customer service!

horrible customer service!! manager is not any better. when we asked shat our new monthly cost would be, we got three different answers. when we were frustrated, we were told to leave the store and security would be called. do not go to this store!!

I got the new iphone 13 with a trade in with my old iohpne with a 1000$ of its value. The new iphone i got had some glitches and stuff that i had to exchange it but the promotion was gone i came back to store and "Brandon" helped me alot to still keep that 1000$ and a lot more help and comments he gave me that was a big helthanx to Brandon If you want to get any service or buy anything from at&t located in spectrum just go to Brandon haha

Had a great experience the other night wiht Brandon, the store manager. He's extremely knowledgable, and patient. My family and I came in to upgrade two of our phones, and Brandon worked with us throughout the entire process - from start to finish which was about 2 hours. He made sure all of our data transfered over to our new phones...which as you know can be a very scary experience especially because when not done correctly some of your data can be lost, forever. Thank you Brandon!

This store has the worst manager in the business. Do not go here. Brandon the store manager just scammed me for a sale. He was tellling me even though my screen is cracked I would get a full $700 upgrade credit towards my phone. when I go to exchange it he tells me I won't get the full amount. Wow this guy is the biggest scum bag in ATT. Just because he says he can do something for you he's really just trying to boost sales. Do not come to this location I'm sure other people on here had to deal with this POS

Wow. Unbelievably bad service. Came in this morning (on a Sunday) to exchange a phone but was never able to do so. Upon entering the store, there was no greeting. No acknowledgment. Nothing. There was one young male employee who was helping another customer. Nobody else. After waiting for about 30 minutes and seeing no signs of the other customer leaving anytime soon, I left the store. It was like I was never there. Unbelievable rude. No thank you.
