I have been living at 401 Rockefeller for the last 3 months and so far nothing but problems & issues Let's start first with the reception where there is barely anyone in the front at night and on the weekends. People tend to leave their cars in the front blocking the the parking entrance which is insane Second; the elevator situation. Only one elevator out of 3 in our building is working servicing more than 120 apts. you check to get an update and we were told that they don't know when would it be fixedFinally & most importantly there was no hot water all around December and the management wasn't even there to address the issue, the GM "Ryan" was on a vacation most of December and before he barely responds back or address the situation. He shows up to his office always late knowing that he even lives thereI can keep on going and going but this won't fix anything but will just waste more of my time and gets me frustrated.Watch out as this is a very dirty place, trash is always out in the hallways and they barely even empty the trash rooms

Very bad dirty place !!!!Dirty, poor & horrible service, dodgy management, no action or follow up when approached with issues I can go more and more with details of how bad this place is, it is very sad that it has got to this extentManagement don't have the basic knowledge of managing, valet & concierge workers barely do any work and are on their phones most of the time We have been complaining about our neighbors leaving their trash outside every night and nothing has happened, it has been more than 6 months or trash being outside

Getting ready to move back to Astoria and very excited to be back in this lovely space. Claudia has been so helpful, kind and efficient. She accommodated me and helped me make this move from beginning to end and was there for me every step. Thank you Claudia!

Those people don’t even know what how to accommodate their residents with the little basic requirements any apt would do. We were out of hot water for more than 2-3 weeks and the funny thing is when you approach this arrogant manager Ryan, he would over promise and give you the runaround.They are horrible and definitely it will come biting them in the wee with bunch of lawsuits eventuallyShady unprofessional management !!!! They even run gambling games from their top floors, scary dodgy apartment building. Glad I’m out of thereWouldn’t recommend and would definitely watch out before i move there

I had an extremely professional sales tour yesterday from leasing agent named Claudia Bautista. She did an amazing job of presenting the products and answering all the questions. So well, in fact, I thought of hiring her on the spot. Overall, she's a super professional and knowledgeable sales representative for the Astoria apartments in Irvine. They are lucky to have her.

I recently moved into this awesome high-rise, and I'm loving every bit of it. The whole journey, from checking out the place to settling in, has been fantastic. Shoutout to Claudia, my leasing agent, who made moving in a breeze and stress free.Claudia was just awesome from the get-go. She explained all the floor plans, amenities, and leasing stuff in a way that made sense to me. Her friendly vibe made the whole leasing process feel like chatting with a friend.What makes this place special? The whole team rocks! The folks at the front desk are top-notch. Always there with a smile and ready to help with anything I need, whether it's my packages or just a friendly chat when I come and go.Long story short, I can't rave enough about living here. Claudia and the team have made this spot feel like my jam, and they're all about making sure we're happy campers. If you're after a place where they really care about you, this high-rise is where it's at. Totally recommend it for an awesome living vibe.

Have lived here for a few months now and has been an absolute amazing experience. From the quick response time in regards to maintenance and the friendly service from the front desk team especially Lily and Crystal those 2 truly make you feel welcomed. Astoria has been a great place to live and the staff definitely contribute towards that.

My friend and I toured yesterday and the staff could have not been more pleasurable. We were given a tour by Claudia Bautista and she was wonderful!! She went out of her way to show us several apartments and it was such a pleasure to work with her. Highly recommend her if you are interested in Astoria. They are beautiful apartments and hopeful will be a tenant soon!

It’s been two months since we moved into our new Apt in Astoria. Claudia was absolutely the best from the beginning till now and she always helps us with everything. The front desk receptionists like krystal and all other people were so good and kind except one person who’s trying to give you hardtimes almost everyday “Megan”! She’s holding all heavy packages down stairs and hiding your package just to make your experience worse. I think this action is very enjoyable to her. Yes! we already talked to the manager about our bad experience with this person, but, nothing has been changed. The management is awful and they don’t care about any problems you may have . I regretted my decision about moving into this apartment. They just lied about everything!

I have been a resident here for 4 years and Astoria Property Management has always provided excellent service! Always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staffs at Astoria are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with the maintenance team. They are fabulous at handling any problems very diligently and kindly. They are real wizards! Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response.Dallas was one of the maintenance person I had today. He was professional, and quick on the job. He fixed the kitchen faucet and replaced the knob on the stove very thoroughly. Making sure they are in right working order before he leaves. Overall, my experience with Astoria Property Management Teams are outstanding! Their timely and friendly response to all concerns was a pleasure to have and I honestly couldn't have had a better living experience.

Claudia was absolutely amazing! She made the entire process from start to finish extremely easy and enjoyable. It was nothing more than simple. She was extremely responsive and willing to help and even went out of her way to accommodate me. Very pleasant experience moving in at Astoria!
