My card was compromised here today. I normally don't pump gas here but I was in a rush and the pump must have had a fake cover because my pin was stolen and I do not remember getting my card back. Since I was busy with my kids I didn't realize it until I got home and I had 3 unauthorized transactions at the Ralph's and CVS nearby. First time this has happened to me. Thank God my bank was able to help. Definitely would avoid putting gas here.

Stopped by this gas station after visiting a nearby speakeasy bar. The station was clean, with all pumps working, including diesel, and there was an AMPM convenience store on site. Everything went smoothly—no issues or complaints. We filled up quickly, grabbed a few snacks, and were back on the road!

Our disabled daughter had to take a poo very very badly and the store clerk said he just finished mopping that she couldn’t go in there even though we waved any liability if she slipped. That was not good enough for the store clerk. He said it was his house and you will not go into his house into his bathroom, which he is a piece of trash.

you want me to pay you for an empty cup, the same amount as a full cup, that's right. And you started correcting me on how to put things, that's right. And you forgot that each one of us has his own appropriate way , that's right, better use you're way with someone you know it , again every one of us has right way to put things=delivery.

Refuses to tell price of the gas. This station is shady. Go somewhere else instead. Leo is the guy who won't provide price of gas.

I was just here a couple days ago for gas; notice cob webs around hand sanitizer pump; a full whole web spun; thank goodness no spider bite. Never pulling in there unless an emergency. Cleanliness is key for me.

This is my favorite Arco location period! Shout outs to Yeung (Apologies if I misspelled), Ricardo, Leonardo, and Sunday Gal! I go here daily to get my mother her Diet Dr. Pepper and all I can say is I love the staff. I hope that management sees how much these people care. 10/10 out of all convenience stores or gas stations!

Leo a cashier is the rudest person I've met in customer service. He just had opened his shift and snatched the money out of my hand. I snatched it back and yelled at him. I wanted to sock the guy because it's obvious he doesn't care. I live in the neighborhood and have been a customer a long time but no more. I'm also going to tell all my neighbors to stay away from this store because any owner that keeps him on staff is no doubt uncaring of our community here at quail hill.
