stupid new way of paying at the pump and the number pad don’t even work to put your code in there, so then you have to go drive around looking for a pump that will work … and then I STILL have to go inside to get my receipt when I should not have to, if I’m stuck paying a debit fee!
… this used to be the only one that seemed to not give me any problems and give me a receipt directly at the pump, … but I guess not now anymore!

The staff here very rude to me I just wanted to taste the coffee to see if I liked it or not thats it !!! After I didn't like it I drop cup in trash can but they shouting to me like I was a thief and said you have to pay for something you didn't drink. I just said I wanted to taste a very small amount of coffee and it was from one of these coffee makers but they came in front of my face and cursed and were rude to me and I saw that one of staff smocking cigarettes in gas station . That's so funny !!!
He was Chinese old guy .
Im so sorry for this store management.

Last month, I was visiting LA from a different country, and one evening, I went to this store to buy some stuff, and I just happened to need wi-fi at the time as I needed Google Maps so I can be somewhere.
At the time, a middle aged gentleman wearing a mask was standing behind the counter. I believe his name was Leo.
All I asked for was the wi-fi, and he refuses and says something about employees (still not sure what the situation had to do with employees tbh). He had a thick accent and his English was broken, so it was tough to understand him, and when I kept asking for clarification due to my being unable to understand him, he snapped at me and said stuff like, "I've been working here for a long time", and, "you're not listening".
I would not go there again.

I love this gas station. Kelly is so nice and helpful AND she makes the best cookies in the world! Always soft, chewy and wrapped to perfection.

I come here at least 3x a week for 2 reasons-- Kelly and her amazing cookies!!! She is such a sweet person, and she bakes cookies that come out PERFECT every single time. Super soft, never crunchy or burnt. So yummy!!! She makes that place a better place, lol. Go see for yourself, you won't regret it!

Would give negative stars if possible. The cashier refused to let anyone buy gas who wasn’t wearing a mask, even with the pumps not accepting cards. He insisted us to BUY his masks but yet refused to let me buy gas, cash in hand. DO NOT GO HERE. SHAME on these people.

Not a clean location, cashier smelled like alcohol,coffee wasn't fresh tasted burnt, breakfast sandwich tasted old. When I asked for the manager I was told that she didn't have time for me . Will never visit again . Car WASH scratched my car and no one cares. Never had a worse experience at an ampm.

I'm a professional cyclist out with my team and wanted to stop to grab a water. Inside was empty I spent all of 1 minute in the store. Grabbed a water for my team and something for myself, I was told to put my bike outside. I wouldn't put my expensive bike outside. The cashier gave me an attitude and told me to buy a bike lock and put my 9grand bike outside. Granted I would understand if it was busy. But nobody was inside when I was checking out. He straight refused to serve me. It was unfortunate. I had my team across at the Starbucks so I couldn't have anyone watch my bike for me. All I wanted was a water. I wouldn't leave my child in the car while I went inside and I am for sure not leaving my bike outside for someone to take.

Had a cappuccino and it was great. Took a break on their patio and people watched. This is a cool little spot.
