I worked with Gina and Chris - they provided very good information coverage about loan details and continued providing it while loan was funded. Everything was remote, for signing paperwork they sent a notary to my home - painless experience.As I understand business model they involve private investors in funding loan. This way they are able to provide subprime rates. It is a bit confusion but all paperwork looks great. I recommend their re-fi service.
