I love shopping here. Ned & Tacy knows their customers. The Albertson app saves lots of money with the digital coupons and deals on select items. If you spend about 4 minutes going through the deals and coupons, select ones that you want to buy. the. enter your phone number when checking out, you may save quite a bit. Clean and neat. The self check out is a blessing when you need to get just a few things that’s non-alcoholic.

Do not buy gift cards from Albertsons! They are selling defective gift cards! On 01/30/24 I bought $300 gift card vanilla visa. I have receipt!
The card had no barcode, I was not able to use the card. When I came back to Albertsons manager told me all sales are final! When I called phone number on the back of gift card no one answer the phone!
My bank said the same- all sales are final. It’s unbelievable that Albertsons sells defective cards! I attached the pictures of my gift card with no bar code. Stay away from Albertsons!

I accidentally dropped an item on 3/24 which made some noise but did not break or get damaged while two employees (male and female) were standing next to me by the dairy section chatting about vacation. I picked it up right away and made sure I didn't cause any damage as I was very embarrassed by the entire thing. The employees went quiet, gave me a dirty look, then the female employee says to her peer "I am ready to go on vacation again although I just came back" while both are staring at me. He validates her comment, they chuckle then she walks away. Extremely unprofessional.

This Albertsons has everything! The store is clean and things are easy to find. They open at 6am and close at 11pm. I recommend picking up some scented candles at great prices.

A lady works there extremely rude and lazy. Possibly racist
Went to pick up delivery order today with no information about the content. After i walk all way to the back she asked me to go get a cart . I went back got one and then she asked me to go bring my id for the alcohol. Which she did not mention at the beginning. Surprisingly also the order i could carry with no cart but she wanted me to grab her a new one. I have cancelled the order as i will not go all the way back to the parking lot two times because she wanted me to grab her a new cart and because she did not mention the alcohol. And when i asked her why you did not tell me there is alcohol no reason provided.
As a customer as i live very close by and used to shop there a lot wont be shopping here again and for my extra delivery activity no more requests from that store

Cant say enough good things about this quail hill location. They are inclusive in hiring, which as someone who works with those with unique needs, fills my heart with so much joy. I have never had a any bad interaction with any staff member. I have gone twice when it has been my children's birthdays and they have gifted my children something that has made them feel extra special! I mainly do grocery pick up(for over a year) there have only been one or two times ive needed a refund (and thats just human error that i probably would have made myself shopping like not double checking expiration) . Thank you to this locations staff for always being extra kind and helpful!

An awesome place to shop. Lots of elbow room, special VIP customer service with an outstanding Manager Ken Gold overseeing everything. The store is like a Gelson's with Gelson-like international offerings. The shelves are spotless with fresh produce frequently being replenished. The store is clean smelling and the ambiance is warm and welcoming. It is nestled between Shady Canyon and Quail Hill in a ravine-like setting.
