Put me on hold for 15 minutes over and over again, pick up the pho e after it rings, pick it up for a few seconds then automatically put me on hold again without even saying anything. Why would anyone want to waste their time with these guys. They are sitting just chatting there.

There are discounts available when you don't have insurance sometimes, which I appreciate. Calling flu shots "free" when insurance is paying is kinda weird, but it also seems to be standard practice. I guess the only bad thing that comes to mind is the lack of selection on OTC items? If you chat with the pharmacist for advice, they may wind up suggesting you go somewhere else because the item they recommend isn't in stock. It's small.

Extremely slow service on numerous occasions, both on the phone and in person. Staff is never apologetic, barely courteous, and never pleasant. I tried them as a patient for over two years and will, if asked, discourage my patients from utilizing them

If I could give no stars, I would. Their help is nasty, and yells at you if you try and use a Good Rx coupon. The person at the counter was just too lazy to go into the computer to put in the newer numbers for the Good Rx coupon, finally she did. She also told me that next time I had to pay $10.00 more than I did today. That was the policy. I told her to stop yelling at me and use her customer service manners. She continued to yell and tell me that the coupon from the last time was the one she had to use. I told her that I picked up a medication 2 days ago and gave a different person a new coupon and there was no problem at all. She finally adjusted the price much against her will. She acted like she was doing me a huge favor. Drug prices are too high as they are. I will be moving all of my Rx to a different pharmacy. Don't use Sav On inside of Alberstons. They don't treat you nicely.

Suzanne at Savon Pharmacy is an excellent pharmacist. She noticed I was taking 10mg daily of a particular medicine and suggested the 70mg weekly would be a much more convenient option. She called up my doctor and requested the new prescription. And now I am much happier with the weekly tablet - rather than the daily. I really appreciate her customer orientation and proactive nature! Thank you

Got my COVID-19 2nd booster shot today. I arrived for my 2:00pm appt at approximately 1:55pm, when I arrived there were 2 other customers waiting as well. The 2 employees working arrived at 2:00pm from lunch. I allowed the 2 customers to go ahead of me knowing they arrived first and had been waiting as well. Then it was my turn at approximately 2:10 I filled out the consent form that took me a maximum of 5 min. I went to another counter she instructed me to go to, to wait for someone to help me while she assisted the line of customers that had formed (ok fair), until there was no one there because the only other employee was also helping customers that arrived AFTER I did. Now fast forward, it’s 2:20 and my mom and sister text me wondering if I am almost done, I reply “ I’m still waiting there is only two people working” . I waited an additional 25 mins . I did not leave until 2:45pm. Let me say it again my pre-scheduled appointment was 2:00pm for a COVID shot. It should have been done as soon as I was finished filling out the paperwork. I should have been in and out max 15 mins.

The pharamacists differ in their knowledge, but the the common denominator is the poor service they provide. Long lines are common and they rarely move staff to open a second window. The never notify or call me when my prescriptions were ready. Some of the poor service is possibly due to understaffing, but it appears that it is more a result of incompentent managment. Nobody appears to be in charge.

Patronizing staff, who close for a full hour lunch even though their own posters and phone line say half an hour. Even worse they never transfer your prescriptions to a new pharmacy no matter how many times you call. They say whatever possible to just shut you up but don't even follow up. This would be fine if they were open when you needed them but apparently they don't want you to get your medication from them or anyone else.

Good service before but starting to go downhill. Says delivery service in the advertisement but has many excuses for not delivering. Only one person, Jenny, can be relied on getting your medicines delivered. If you are a senior with having a hard time picking up your medicines, this is not the pharmacy for you. They put your medicines back on the shelves. They don’t even give you a call or message you if your medicines are ready. They ask you if you want an automatic refill but if you have some sort of transportation to pick up your meds, you have nothing ready!!!!

I agree with the other reviews that the staff here are arrogant and not helpful. I tried to use GoodRx to fill a generic sleeping aid, very light dose. She said I could not use the coupon for "control substance." I have to pay full price ($50 higher), or she will put it back to stock. But as soon as I told her to forget it, I will transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. She quickly changed - "oh, I checked with my manager; it is ok to use the coupon this time." She just wanted to charge me more money, very greedy!I will stop using Albertsons from now on. There are just too many choices around here.

Staff member Dae (last name not appearing on receipt) did not even attempt to use a reduction coupon that I had and condescendingly instead just asked: “you think THIS is a lot?” Such folks should not be working at a job that anyways caters to the already vulnerable.

This pharmacy is a disaster. I don't know why the authorities have not closed it down yet and suspended the license of the pharmacist here. They charge what they want, regulate based on preferences and dispense medications if they're in the mood for it. No wonder nobody goes there.
