Talked to customer service representative Maria today about lowering our auto insurance. She was very friendly and professional. She checked all possibilities and when I needed to get mileage for all our cars she waited patiently and she lowered our policy by over $200. I am so happy and it was worth the time I spent on the phone this time.Thank you

Wow ... when I say problem solver ~_~ Ms Lula Baker was Outstanding with her services . Reached her on the phone that morning and by the end of day she had reached back with the problem resolved !! I just got off the phone with Michelle H, and I would like her employer to know that she is a true asset to the company! WE worked through policies for 2 cars and a house all with separate policies! She analyzed all of them and gave me sound advice explaining how I would save hundreds of dollars a month by actually waiting one month before switching to Mercury. In a time of inflation where people see corporate greed everyday, Mercury actually has an agent who looked out for ME the CONSUMER! Every corporation needs more people like Michelle!
