I have got my live scan done at this place and the whole process was super efficient. I recommended it to my wife when she needed live scan for a job in IUSD and she also got it done. Their reasonable prices are comparable with what we get in Tustin and Santa Ana. Also, you don't need to book an appointment. Walk in welcomed.

I love that this place is so convenient to me and the young man who manages the place is very helpful but not friendly. I've been coming here for years and a friendly hello or attempt to remember my name would be great! No issues at all its just a personal pet peeve of mine that I feel like a stranger every time I come in after frequenting this spot for nearly 10 years.

I went to AIM mail center to mail a very small box. The guy working there said that it will be delivered in 5 days, but it has been 12 days since then and my box hasn't been delivered yet.

I went to this place as it showed "Authorized drop off for FedEx". I had to return a couple of items to Walmart. There were two issues:1) I called and asked the guy if I can drop off the FedEx parcel for the above purpose and he said yes, but I need to have a printed label. I didn't have a printer, so I asked if they could print it instead. He said "yes, we can print it if you email it to us". Fine. I visited and emailed and he printed it. Even at that time, he didn't mention anything else. After putting the labels on the packages he says "it'll be $2.50 for the print outs" (just two pages). Was there a problem in saying this on the phone, or at the store before printing? I guess they just wanted to make a couple of bucks from a customer. I would have just decided to drive half a mile to an actual FedEx location to drop off my package, or I might have been okay with the $2.50! But why NOT tell the charges beforehand?!2) I dropped off the package on Fri evening around 530pm and checked the tracking on Saturday, but there was no information. When I called, the same guy says "Oh, your package will be picked up by FedEx on Monday as FedEx ground picks up Mon-Fri at 4PM. Why couldn't he just tell me this earlier when I dropped it off?!! What if someone wanted to send an urgent package (still be FedEx ground). No one would want to drop off a package if it's going to be picked up 3 days later.So the customer service needs to be improved. This is an understatement.

I live near this store have visited whenever mailing out by USPS or fedex. This shop always put shipping information very quickly on computer while I finish packaging. Visiting normal USPS is very time consuming and services offered is not that great however this store makes everything easier, faster and probably cheaper than visiting to USPS in any mean lots of time saving. If there are few people ahead I would just visit Zion or other places within this mall then come back.

Private package was delivered to this location in lieu of using my own address, I was notified when the package arrived, paid and was out of there in no time, good business, recommended.
