I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever. We needed to print booklets urgently, and since I had updated my computer, all the presets for printing booklets were gone. I called Advanced Office, and they sent us the amazing Melina. And WOW, she was able to install everything that we needed. We are printing the booklets right now, they are coming out perfectly, and that saved us a ton of money because we were able to print a large project in-house instead of outsourcing it. Melina was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Huge thanks! I really recommend this company!

I am SO grateful for Advanced Office and the level of customer service and care! I've had a few complex printing needs in terms of booklets and settings, so Melina came in to walk each of us through new settings and updates. She just saved me two days worth of trouble shooting and hand-stapling booklets and created custom settings for us. You can see the difference in the attached picture-- the first print is without the new settings (dull and brown) and the second is with the new settings!

My copier: Ricoh Aficio MP C2500I had previously called another local copier tech. a guy came out didn't even know how to pull the toner. I called Advanced office. Scheduling was nicely done, cost up front. Technician Danny knew what he was doing. Boom Boom Boom got my Ricoh copier fixed in no time. I thought it was a costly problem but, he figured out the issue quickly and solved issue without costing much. I recommend Advanced office to any Ricoh copier owners. I live in Irvine.

They have very responsive and knowledgeable customer service, The staff has always been a pleasure to talk to and since there is a consistency in the service rep in the field that makes repairs to machines when necessary...that field tech become part of your team. 12 year relationship that has been well worth it.

We are a medium-sized law firm that requires upwards of 15,000 prints per month. Advanced office has helped us match our needs with a couple great plans and printer options both new and used. Their techs come within 24 hours and even keep a preventative maintenance schedule so we haven't had an emergency breakdown for a long time despite the large volume of printing we do. We have gone through many changes as a growing business and Advanced Office has worked diligently to meet our needs. They'll talk to you like a human being and won't be offended or obstructionist when you start talking shop about pricing and options.

We are a small business and have used Advanced Office for a number of years. They offer both new and used printers/copiers/scanners and I have never once had to wait more than 24 hours for a tech to come out. I have had 2 different techs come on site and both were incredibly professional and I found them nice to work with. We do have a monthly service agreement which includes tech services as well as toner for our machine. I have recommended Advanced Office to another company I know and they have called on them a couple of times as well. I can't speak for them if their experience, but I haven't heard it was negative! Bottom line, I would recommend this company.
