Drove 45 minutes to return something in store at this location and was told they can't take online returns on Memorial Day. After I called to verify and checked online. Called the store to talk to a manager and was told they actually don't take returns on the weekends period because they don't have the space to store and FedEx can't pick up their returns. Which sounds like 1. They need to get their stories straight and 2. Not like a consumer problem. Anyway, don't shop here.

Drove 30 minutes to get here since it was the only store near me. Wanted to return something in store that I bought online but they wouldn't let me since it was a weekend. Evidently they only accept online returns Monday-Thursday. What kind of stupid policy is that? You clearly have the ability to accept returns; you just don't want to do it on a weekend because... reasons? Now I have to take time out of my weekday to drive an entire trip again for absolutely no reason. People wonder why brick and mortar stores are becoming irrelevant? This is why. Managers like this.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Adidas store, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outstanding assistance I received from the knowledgeable and incredibly helpful Aritz. From the moment I walked in, Aritz's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an exceptional shopping experience. As someone who can sometimes feel overwhelmed when faced with a plethora of choices, I was initially unsure about which pair of shoes to choose. Aritz's genuine enthusiasm for his job and expertise in the products quickly put me at ease. His understanding of the various styles, features, and performance aspects of each shoe was truly impressive. What stood out most during my interaction with Aritz was his unwavering patience and dedication to ensuring that I found the perfect pair. He took the time to carefully listen to my preferences, ask insightful questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations based on my needs. It was evident that he genuinely cared about helping me make an informed decision, rather than simply making a sale.Aritz's friendly and approachable nature made the entire process enjoyable, turning what could have been a stressful decision into a delightful shopping experience. His passion for the brand and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. Not only did Aritz help me find the ideal pair of shoes, but he also shared valuable insights about Adidas' commitment to quality and innovation. His product knowledge was not just limited to the shoes themselves; he went above and beyond to provide information about the brand's ethos, which only strengthened my confidence in my purchase.I left the Adidas store not only with a fantastic pair of shoes but also with a newfound appreciation for exceptional customer service. Aritz's professionalism, kindness, and dedication are a shining example of what makes the Adidas shopping experience truly outstanding.I want to express my deepest gratitude to Aritz for making my visit to Adidas memorable and enjoyable. Thank you for your outstanding service, Aritz – you are a true asset to the Adidas team!

They weren't friendly and asked if I wanted to tip when paying. I've never been asked to leave a tip for clothes other than here.

Don't buy here. They have a grumpy person as a manager and they won't help you with the returns even though I am returning shoes that got damaged after one time usage.Had to call corporate so they could help me with the return wasting a lot of time.Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

While all retail stores pricing has gone up, so has Adidas. I get it, it is keeping up with the competition. However, this particular store that is located inside the Irvine Spectrum, is lacking supply. It seems that it is only trying to serve a certain clientele.I buy anywhere from 5-10 pair of the slide sandals for myself, wife, and kids. They are soft and very comfortable. We wear them until the soles fall off.As with such, if you go to this store, you will. Or find what you need. They have only one or two different sandals and that is a shame. I don't always want to wait four or five days to get them when I order online. This the dilemma of shopping at this store. If I was looking for T-Shirt or shorts, they would have been helpful, but not in this instance.Sorry, 2 stars for lack of selection

It's unfortunate to see how much this store has deteriorated over the years. I used to shop here a lot because Adidas was my daughter's favorite brand, comfortable, easy to wear, a nice look for young students. However my shopping experience here yesterday was plain awful. When we entered, it was empty. The shop assistants, 3 men, were just standing around the counter chatting among themselves. No greetings, no offer to help, which was no big deal since we did not want to fuss. When we asked for a fitting room though, they were impatient and wouldn't want to be bothered. Even though there were multiple rooms they only kept one open and someone was in there. We had to wait a good 20 minutes to finally try on. When we were checking out, again there was no greetings or thanks, the guy just looked annoyed, tossing the items and throwing the hangers. We paid and hurried out there, determined not to come back. What happened to the retail industry? Do they not care about their paying customers any more?

Customer service is non existent at this location. My husband and I went this morning to get him new shoes and apparently they were redoing the front carpet but has no partitions, signs, or anything from stopping us to walk into the glue. Once we did walk into the glue the store manager Mila, and tradesman doing the work both immediately yelled at us to get out. We asked for items to clean off our shoes and Mila finally found us some old socks. When we asked for his contact information he could only provide a first name of Mila and a store manager, Thomas McKinney (Thomas was not present). There was a complete lack of customer service to make things right. Instead it was OUR fault even though there were no signs or barriers warning us to not walk in. My brand new uggs are ruined. I cannot get the glue off and had to go home to get new shoes as I was sticking to everything. My husbands adidas are ruined as well. Absolutely frustrating that a store at fault could not provide remedy to the problem they created that could've easily been avoided. After the fact they had the thought to ask the mall for a partition. Ridiculous
