We literally spent thousands of dollars at this place but unfortunately, we will not be returning. They have a no return policy which is absurd considering what they are. We bought a non perishable product and after using it - it turn out to be junky. We came back and they basically said they cannot accept a return because it was ‘used.’ The staff just points to a sign. Very very bad policy if you askedme.

This is worst company ever ,first and last time will make a purchase from this company. I order a commercial oven last December and it came in damaged, the package was not properly packed in a flimsy box , even said on side of the box not suitable for ups or fedex shipping, in my opinion it was damaged before it ever shipped looked like a fork lift had ran in side of it , never the less they blamed ups and filed a claim and guess what ups took the fall so we’re is my refund, still waiting it’s all most February! Regardless how it got damaged we should have a new oven or a refund! Sorry customer service I have disputed with cc company and call the bbb and next will be contacting the attorney general! We have bought thousand of dollars from web restaurant and the products always packed well and timely customer service who I would recommend, only tried this company because I saw it on wesmattic Asian food website, I’m also contacting them to remove this company from there web site, I would not want to recommend this third rate company.

The staff Yi Zhou (a very tall guy) is very unprofessional and impolite! I went to this store today, and I showed the pictures of the multiple items to him, and wished him to show me directly where they are. However, he just perfunctorily pointed a general directions to me, and he let me find the items by myself. It's still hard to find the exact place of multiple items with just a general direction. Also, he just ignored me when I tried to ask him again. I went to this store several times previously, and the staffs were all friendly and willing to help me find out the exact places of the items. However, today, the staff Yi Zhou let me feel very disappointed with this store.
