This was my first time kickboxing and Zeus was amazing! Very knowledgeable and definitely a good workout!

I love 9round! An amazing workout in just 30min. I have a very busy schedule and being able to come at 6am, get a great 30min workout in, and still be on time for my other engagements makes me so happy! Thank you Jason and Zeus! Love this place

Excellent intense workuot that you can find in this format. I really enjoyed it. The trainers will guide you throught the workout and you will be done within 30 minutes!
