HE ACTUALLY SCARED ME!
I WAS LOOKING DOWN AND DIDN'T SEE HIM, AND HE JUST STARTED YELLING AT ME!
AT FULL BLAST VOLUME!
Very rude !
HE COULD OF JUST TALKED TO ME LIKE A NORMAL, DECENT HUMAN BEING, ,
BUT NO!
HE YELLS AT ME, LIKE I'M DEAF!
HE HAS NO RESPECT AT ALL!
NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!

It is the worst branch I have ever seen in my life and the employees are definitely not meticulous and have zero hygiene. rude and harsh employees
There is especially an old man who takes out his dentures and gives us food without washing his hands. It's disgusting and he always has an aggressive attitude.

Never shop at this 711 they have took 179.00 and 400.00 dollars from my food stamp card I purchased 8 dollars worth of items and they take additional from the card ready when you first walk in the door the first register they our doing illegal and fraud things at this 7 11 they have gotten me twice on thanksgiving and after new year

this place is just kind of a mess there's always random boxes blocking parts of the back aisles and the employees won't say a word to you. They just kind of grunt and vaguely gesture to the card reader like characters from the original Lego Star Wars games . I'm just trying to get copious amount of caffeine at 6 in the morning and would really like to just cruise to this conveniently located 7-11 but it sucks and has sucked for years according to anyone I've talked to.

They don’t recycle any of their “fresh food” their pizza is proper crusty and hard all the time.They are so angry as well here all the time it’s all one family they are so understaffed . You know they just focusing on the $$

I would give a minus 5 or at least a ZERO if possible, I come in there weekly and spend a couple hundred dollars between the Vuse refills and Gas for my GLE. Over the past few months, I have ordered the Jalapeño Cream Cheese Taquitos at least every other time they are dried out. I share this with the clerks and tehy say sorry there is nothing we can do. Also, over the past month and a half 2 of the 4 packs of Vuse I have bought didn’t work and they give me a hard time with it, they are full, and I am buying more so why am I being given a hard time? With the money I spend there, and they all know me, they should be more accommodating. Lastly, this past visit I purchased 3 Gold Vuse 4 packs and the Vuse / 7-11 digital screen behind the register says buy 2 4 packs and get $12 off they wouldn’t honey the ads they are running. The management here sucks, I know the clerks cannot do anything but the people that run this store do not honor anything and sell old food and take no responsibility. This has got to be one of the worst 7-11 I have ever gone to and what makes it worse it is in Irvine; you would expect the store to be levels up from other areas, I hate being ripped off by cheap owner’s time to sell it to people who give a damn.
