The sign early said 3 for $10 on the drinks and I told the guy working there and he barely spoke English. He said the system wasn’t reading it….. so lost out on my $5 savings deal thanks!

Extremely rude staff. I showed them a valid coupon and they refused to honor it, then told me to take a smaller size or leave. One even said 'I don't care' when I showed proof. Terrible customer service. I’ve never been treated this badly.

As 7-Elevens go this place sucks their service sucks if you try to get a hotdog, they don’t have any relish they give you they have to get the hotdog for you and then they just throw it in the box with the bun in the wrapper. It’s gross.

This place has hit-or-miss pricing—hardly none posted on the shelves nor products. Last time I shopped here, one of the few signs they did have was expired in the fine print, and the clerk didn’t honor it, but removed the sign and then charged me the full price. I could have swore price transparency was law around here. But the face of things has changed. Wild West people have brought Wild West ways with them.

I made a visit to the 7-Eleven Irvine, CA location, 6602 Irvine Center Dr. today 12/18/23 around 3:30pm. I asked to purchase 3 draws of Powerball Lottery for a total of $90. The employee processed 2 tickets ... One with 10 DRAWS and another with 5 DRAWS, being that this is not what I asked for, I pointed this out to him but he would not fix it or refund me for HIS MISTAKE. Employees should be properly trained!
