The cashier needs a lesson on how to interact with the public no facial expression didn't say one word to me the whole transaction didn't asked if I want the receipt didn't let me put my phone number and so I can get my points just an overall horrible person give him some more training or fire him ASAP !

Worst customer service the close the store down at 11:00 pm when some people go to work and it's supposed to be 24 hrs why is it closing down you never no who need to go in on a grave yard lunch break.

Dude working here at night is lazy and rude. I was literally at the counter waiting to pay and he looks at me and walks off to clean, super slowly mind you. Hes wearing AirPods in his ears so he can't even hear customers come in.

The cashier works on Feb 16,2023 at 4:40 am was so rude. For the first time in my life, I see an employee insulting customers with such insolence This is a person who has anger issues, you don't expect his reaction, he may assault you physically I will never back to this place for my safety

WARNING!!!! This is the worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to. As an Amazon driver who delivers packages to this location all the time (locker) the owner refused to allow me to use the restroom despite the fact he bragged about having his own "private bathroom". He then started to cuss me out in Hindi not realizing I actually understand & speak the language fluently. If I could give this establishment a negative rating I would. As a native of Irvine since 1983, this is not a place anyone should be!

I am very upset because one manager is an abuser for not seeing well on the cameras first, he treats 2 of my children as a thief and he pushed one of the 13-year-old and the 17-year-old, he groped me, searched him without my consent and took him out of the establishment. and that's not fair or right

Your worker at 6:50 pm today 7/11/2022 told me and a bunch of other customers that we could not get the free slurpee offer because we were too late (offer ends at 7pm) and then when we pointed out that it was not 7pm yet, he says that they are out of slurped (also not true) and then that he was out of cups (yet he let me use a coffee cup and charged me for a small slurpee). Seems like he's went way out of his way to save a few dollars. Poor customer service and the store was poorly run and not very clean at all. Cups and lids strewn about. This was for my son and I ended up just buying one and told him on the way out he should just give them their $1 slurpees.
