After many disappointing experiences with other finance/mortgage companies in the last few months, we couldnt be happier with Nathan Augirre at 1st Nationwide Mortgage. He kept us informed all the way through the process so we always knew where we stood. At the end of the day we got our HELOC loan and are moving forward. It was tough to find someone you trust in that industry, and we did find that here.Thanks again Nathan

This company was by far the worst I’ve worked with. I’ve done over 25 loans in 3 states and never had such poor communication, poor follow thru and terrible time trying to get information from these folks. I felt like it was bait and switch tactics and chasing the lender from day one. Worst service in the mortgage industry I’ve ever had. Terrible experience hands down. Please spare yourself the pain and frustration do not use this group as your mortgage broker..
