Everyone is quick to leave a bad review, but not leave a good one. That’s because people usually give a review when they want to vent and complain about something.
When things are good, people usually don’t bother reviewing because things worked out and that’s ‘normal’ for them.
So I’m here to provide an updated, August 2025 review of this epic blast from the past post office.
The USPS worker in the picture is super nice and helpful. The office itself looks well maintained, and the PO Box section holy wow it’s spacious!
I dropped off a package. If it delivers successfully, I’ll update this post and will maintain its 5 stars. If my package gets lost, then I’ll have to drop the stars down to 1 or 2 and it’ll unfortunately match others experiences.
But for now we’ll wait and see.

Mail was crammed in my mail box, I cant open with the key. Jerk offs.....very rude and unprofessional.

This one foot by two foot 20 pound box wouldn't fit in a 3 inch by 6 inch mail box so it was marked as undeliverable. Idk who the weak link in this employment staff is but they're pretty obvious.

Awful does not even begin to describe the incompetence of the post office. I have had so many packages lost when they have been marked delivered in my mailbox, books missing from my packages(twice now) so whoever likes to read at the postoffice, I have noticed, and I always have other peoples mail and packages in my mailbox and front door. I guess it’s too difficult to take the time to read the addresses on the packages and mail to correlate with the correct mailboxes and homes. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would give -10 stars if I could. This is the absolute WORST post office I’ve ever had to deal with. Half the time they deliver packages to the wrong addresses, they claim they stopped to deliver something and missed you when they never even came to the door, and they have the WORST customer service!!

We don’t get our mail some days until after 7pm even then we are always getting our neighbors mail … I am worried I am not even getting my mail!! Afraid to have anything worth anything delivered here. I have my important things delivered to my sisters house all the way in Roseville. She has great mail service.

Can’t keep a postmaster for long. Clerk is putting my packages and mail in another box. Of coarse it’s when something is expensive. Whoever didn’t return my $80 vitamins, you’re scum.

5 letters clearly addressed to other people were in my mailbox. I also do not get mail I know I should be getting. What is wrong with them that they seem to never get better no matter how much people are complaining.
