We were there the last 2 weeks of July 2024 And they had closed down the rest of the park with only the long-term parking area available which is what we wanted anyway for 520 per month Plus electric. Very nice place very well-cared-for and very clean concrete pads etc et cetera and very good walking area around the Marina and in the hills. It was quite hot during the time we were there so be prepared. Sarah and the other managers were very nice. Check beforehand if the restrooms showers and laundry are available they were having problems with the water filter for those systems.

Great reservoir, first time coming here to fish. Unfortunately closed for the rest of the season, but ill be back next year.

Over the past 40 year I never seen pardee recreational area been neglected as I seen it on 06/01/24.
Toilets: No running water in restrooms , no showers. Very inconvenient.
Picnic area: No running water on all picnic area hard to barbecue with out water, prone to kids getting sick without running water to wash.

On April 3 2024 my Son In Law and I had a good day fishing. We had loaded the boat on the trailer and headed for the fish cleaning station. We cleaned our fish and packed them on ice. When we were ready to head for home my Jeep would not start, it was the starter. I called AAA to get help starting my jeep and see if they could tow my boat along with my jeep if need be. My AAA membership only covers my jeep not a boat. I called Pardee front gate to let them know AAA service was coming and if I could leave my boat where it was. I talked to a young man on the phone and explained my problem. He told me he has a place that my boat could be locked up and safe. I can’t tell how relieved I was to have an emergency and not worry about my boat and tackle. When the tow truck came they had to tow my Jeep to my home in Lodi. If I could give a higher rating than a 5, I would. Thank You!!!

Had a wonderful Mother's Day picnic right by the lake. Absolutely beautiful and clean.
Toilets: Very clean
Dog-friendliness: $5 fee per dog
Picnic area: Shady and clean

Great lake for fishing, smallmouth, and largemouth bass. Water is a clear, beautiful lake, so peaceful. Campgrounds were closed, I believe, because the restroom is being worked on.
