Finch Body Shop came out to save us when we needed a tow. AAA originally told us we would be waiting 5 hours but they were there in less than an hour. The minute we got off the phone with AAA the dispatcher from Finch was calling us to make sure we were okay. Terry had our suv up on the flatbed in the blink of an eye. Very professional and friendly.

Been waiting for an estimate for my vehicle to be sent to my insurance company for almost an entire month now. The company doesn't seem to respond unless repeatedly called and when someone can be reached we've been told they can't do anything. It's infuriating that I've been waiting this long without getting a real answer about my vehicle.

People were extremely rude and making comments about things that were not only none of their business but had nothing to do with them, they also had the highest prices I've ever heard of so that was a bonus, Would recommend staying as far away from this place as possible. This is the only negative post I've ever had to leave so you know they made an impression... very disappointing in a small community

AAA called out Finch's tow for me, because my battery died. The man who helped me out was Tim. He was informational, professional, and courteous. He also apologized for the long wait, and made it very easy, and fast for me to get back on the road. I would recommend this tow company to anyone who needed service!

Brandon was amazing!! We were stuck with a flat that we couldn't get off the hub. He got there and immediately got to work. It turned out we would need a flatbed and he worked with his supervisor to make sure we were taken care of. Turns out AAA never dispatched another flatbed for us and when their flatbed returned, he checked on the call and it was still open so he came out right away to help us out! Amazing!!

The bad part was waiting on hold at AAA for someone to answer. Then another long wait for a promised callback, I called them and got the local dispatcher who did not have a suitable truck available but would have the AAA people call me. No Call so I called her back (Martha at Finch body shop in Ione CA). She is terrific and with me on the line she called AAA. They could not get a truck there until the next day. I was stuck on the side of the road in the country and it was getting dark. I think she took pity on me, and sent a hook truck to take my truck to a secure shop over night. The next day it was delivered on a flatbed to my home 90 miles away, by Finch. I am more than happy with Finch but not so happy with AAA. The wait times on hold are outrageous. I have only used the roadside service maybe 4 or 5 times in over 50 years with AAA and the waits are. except for once. at least an hour on hold then another hour or two for service. I only use AAA even tho I have AAA, Allstate and Haggerty roadside help. Remember too, when we call for roadside service, we are on cell phones at per minute rates. So In summary, Finch in Ione AAA+ service. AAA, not so much. Bill S

Finch's is AWESOME!!! They are so helpful, kind and empathetic. I had to deal with them in one of the worst moments of my life and they really made the experience so much better. Thank you Martha and Rick for everything!!

Early morning my car was broke down on the side of the road and I needed assistance. I called Finch Body Shop and was amazed by the excellent service and accommodation. The body shop had a number of procedures to address before assisting me and did so in grave and a timely manner. I was back on the road swiftly and the driver was able to carry on with the rest of his tasks. I really appreciate everything this body shop did for me and I would recommend them to anyone! The owner is an absolute gem (and quite handsome). Call him if you need anything.
