WSS has pro club that's honestly all I need but they have shoes too that's just all the clothes I need right there and I'm always happy going to WSS but I don't know if it's just me but sometimes the security guard looks at me a little funny I know that's his job but I'm not mad it just funny 🤣

The girl with the red hair has a horrible attitude and worse customer service. Greets with with a stank face and made me feel guilty for returning shoes that weren't accommodating. Maybe customer service isn't your field. People work hard for their money, come to WSS to spend it and get welcomed with a bad attitude. If you don't like your job, find something else to do. To top it off, she gave preferential treatment to her mom. You give everyone else attitude but bend over backwards for family. Shame.

This day I went shopping and a WSS worker came in and was looking at me and I felt the bad vibe in her. And when I was looking at some shoes, he stepped behind me walking very fast and told me "please stop pushing the boxes, sorry." Me and my children barely had about 5 minutes in the store and at no time did we push anything. I asked the name of this employee but they told me "she's new, I don't know" I don't want to say anything about her physique but I didn't like the way she looked at me and it wasn't enough that she wanted to scold me! What's that? She was wearing glasses and her hair was painted yellow at the tips! ..what a bad experience.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. There was a lot of customers but customer service was awesome! Specially the girl with the blue and her cute purple pink nails!!

Not very helpful. Rarely do they have my size. But the selection and inventory are amazing, and they have good deals sometimes. The first 2 isn't the stores fault, that's why they still get 5 stars?
