D.Rogers the Reginal manager was patient and kind when I had an issue with they're ATM inside the branch. She took care of me and provided me with the platinum service, she is an example of what excellent customer service looks like, I will return to this branch as long as I continue to receive service like this and recommend this branch to others.

Really is the worst branch. Lonnnnnnnng lines and they will NOT open more tellers. Wells fargo just sucks in general but go to another branch. Only 1 teller while there are 15 people in line

Horrible branch. Time wasters. Ignore customers. I didn’t have to wait for 2 hours if someone had assisted over what could have been done online.

Wow, more than an hour for them to attend to me, what more service do they give here, I don't know why they have that manager if she is of no use, instead of helping someone she spends her time taking care of her hair everywhere, kas cageras instead of serving people the line that there are more than 20 people in a quartet, I think they are playing and only one cashier of color is the one who is serving, bingo here because it grabs me more dry but I think I'm going to go to another because here they give very bad service.

Everytime I come they have long lines. No one should have to wait 40 minutes to give them money. It's embarrassing at this location

What has happened to the customer service. Does it not interest the company anymore? I don't even bank with Wells Fargo for the same reason but I do have to come because of my company I work for. Is such a shame that we have to wait an hour or more to get service. I'm not just talking about this particular location but all Wells Fargo I been too doesn't matter the city. I get it the world is short staff but this company is getting worse and worse. You need to invest in more bank tellers. One is just not enough. Spend the labor you have the money for it. Not even the courtesy to let us know you will be right with us or sorry for the delay. The manager seems upset okay I get it everyone is upset what's taking so long is not his fault they don't want to hire more tellers. Wells Fargo do better. Wish our company can invest in a better bank like that we don't have to coming in here.

Worst bank ever, going in to deposit a check at 3:50 and they said only atm and that I had to go to another bank. What bank is closed at 3 in the afternoon?and the branch manager then made a snark comment about 7-11 the most unprofessional employee I've dealt with at a bank. Regional banking manager Cynthia Espinoza felt it necessary to make smart remarks about 7-11 not having what she wants when she goes in? How is that the same as a bank being open during operating hours and not servicing customers ?

Pros:- ATM machines are always fully functional & they never get jammed up when withdrawing big amounts of money- ATM machines are always loaded with cash- ATM machines offers different bills instead of just 20$s- Security patrols the premises during Bank Hours.Cons:- No Drive Thru- 2 ATM machines outside- Small parking lot that's shared with the gas station & apartments If you have to go inside the banks to speak with a teller or a banker or even cashing out large amounts of money I d prefer you go to a bigger Wells Fargo.

Terrible bank, do not use Wells Fargo. Bank tellers have poor customer service and act like being a bank teller isn't their job.
