Very unprofessional always a long wait. Our last visit here at this location waited over 4 1/2 hours to open up two new bank accounts, worker Anneyeli (not sure if I spelled her name correct) informed me to wait so she can help me and never came from behind the counter to assist me or any of the clients. Will not be returning and would continue my services at the Culver City location. As the Inglewood location is in need of new management.

The only thing we can now trust Wells Fargo with is to direct me to the front door after my family has closed all accounts and withdrawn every dollar from your institution. We have been waiting for over two weeks for a callback from the branch manager, Absalom to open my mother in law’s safe deposit box. This is borderline senior abuse from financial institution. I have escalated this issue to the executive office twice only to be told today since it’s a safe deposit box issue I must submit the request via email since the branch manager has failed to follow up as he promised.
I see why your branches are closing forcing you to pay customers $300 to open up a checking account. PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!

So many workers here and only two at the front desk is outrageous, been waiting in line for over 20 minutes with no movement.

This location doesn’t have enough staff to take care customers specially on lunch time and closing a hours. 10-25 minutes waiting time.

Honestly I’ve been going to this branch for years now without an issue, yes the lines are pretty long and the wait time is somewhat frustrating, but I learned that not a lot of tellers get hired so I learned to be patient. Anywho I’m not the one to leave a review but I am excruciatingly upset at a specific teller, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! I’ve neverrrrr had an issue except this female teller, I recently went in to cash a check, NOT once did she ask what account for it to be deposited NOT once did she say hello & for 2 minutes snooping through my accounts really urked my soul!!!! Then she calls up the other teller asks her about my “savings” account she tells her yeah that’s fine! Then she takes my check to the Hispanic manager who’s outside the windows and tells him about MY accounts then comes back to say well your “savings” is etc etc like I KNOW !!! It’s a large a$$ amount in there !!! Wth does that have to do with cashing my frkn check ?!?!! Then I asked her so am I able to cash my check ?! She literally ignores my question and tells me about MY “savings” account again!!! like the heck I know what I got in there I know everything about my “savings” account!!! Absolutely ridiculous ! Then finally she tells me I would have to wait days for it to be deposited and only could get less then half rn. After the fact that she wrote on my check and stamped it & started to tell me about my accounts that I am already aware of! Absolutely unprofessional and stop snooping in people’s accounts I LOST ALL TRUST in that teller seriously I feel very violated & extremely upset. I left feeling VERY UNCOMFORTABLE about what that teller did. I took my business elsewhere.

I am not sure why this bank has 2.7 stars but I just want to say that Mariah is amazing. She was so helpful when I came in and extremely patient with another customer who was clearly a bit testing.Thank you so much, Mariah. Management, please acknowledge Mariah for her support and kindness to everyone who walks through your branch’s doors.

Let me start off by saying I've been coming here for YEARS due to my job & I hate it everytime lol They need to reopen the merch lane , my job don't believing me when I tell them I take more than a hour sometimes , it's ridiculous, the people that work here are cool but they just work so god damn slow & always calling out teller assistance and nobody be coming lmao! This one time during the summer the line was so long outside the sidewalk & this lady in front of me pulled down her pants and peed she said she couldn't hold it much longer it was crazy so if you got a weak bladder don't come here lmao now I go to the one down Manchester it's more of a drive but it's so worth it I never waiting longer than 5min there.

This bank always has long lines and only 2 tellers open. They have multiple bankers standing around watching instead of opening another window to help customers. It is so frustrating to come in here and wait 20-40 minutes every single time.

ATMs are the worse at this branch. They literally never work! You either can deposit or can't withdraw.
