Don't bother trying to get your employment drug test done here, they only take appointments. No walk ins what so ever. If only they CAN answer their phones and answer a simple questions instead of making me waste my time showing up early.

The manager is hateful and the workers are equally obnoxious and very rude. The worst thing in the pharmacy is very expensive, disgusting staff.

This is my 9th problem having issues with this store. The photo department is horrible and unprofessional. The heavyset Hispanic man named Alexis was in the front, not helping anyone. I asked him to send someone to the photo department. I asked him twice. Had a rude tone. Told me to push the bottom. I did it twice. He never came. I think he set me up because we had issues b4. I look at him. He gives me this look and points to go behind the photo booth. I go. He takes the photos. He refuses to serve me and kicks me out. I asked to speak to the manager. Alexis lies and says he's the manager. HE IS LYING. BLANCA IS THE MANAGER! He was extremely rude to me and these two old women walking from the pharmacy. He is very slow. He will deny this. Look in camera. He was up front. He was not helping anyone. Which means if a customer comes in. Help them ASAP. Look in camera. I'm pretty easy to spot. I was dressed as "Ursula the Seawitch." The heavyweight Hispanic men are very rude. Tge women in this store and professional. Promote the women. Fire the men or have them in the back away from customers. He is not the manager and does not have the power to kick me out. He should have called security. After I talk to the real store manager. I will not return there.

They have terrible customer service. I did an online order and checked off items not to be substitute and I called them before picking up letting them know I didn't want that and what were my options but they hung up on me . Then called again and they said they can't do anything and I will have to pick it up . If I do a return it's only store credit but they don't have what I need. I just wanted my money back .

Went last night to pick up some pictures I ordered on the app he said if it was ordered after 6 it wouldn't be done . Well they were ordered before 6 I got a email saying they were done he said they wasn't so I had him cancel it . But the problem was I went to there at 830 pm they close at 9 and the picture department was closed . Was on break till 845 so I guess that's why he didn't even want to pint my literally 3 pictures lazy worker need people that actually want to be there and do the job. Because I went to another Walgreens earlier in the day and they were very efficient. Off Slauson and western .I did the same thing there but waited mins . The system wasn't working so the worker took my 16 pictures off the kiosk and printed them 10 mins . But because he took his break at 830 he didn't want to print my 3 picture at 845 that would of probably took him over time and he didn't want that a lousy review for 10mins and $1.50 and told me the email that the company sent me to tell me my pictures were ready for pick up was wrong . Walgreens y'all should really fix that ti avoid these type of problems in the future

I live over on Manchester pick a role and went to Inglewood to pick up cough medicine. I was out and about over there. I called before it went into still be ready after 4:45. I tried calling on my way over and couldn't get over. It said on the recording line that The prescription did not exist. I was almost there so I went in line and I get up there and the lady says we don't have a prescription for you. I said I called before I came all the way over here in said it would be after 445. She said did you talk to anybody I said no there was nobody I could get a hold up. She said well we don't carry that Medicine. I told her. She said nobody told you I was ready. I said one of your employees had to put it in that we ready after 445. This place sucks. Make sure you try and get a hold of somebody before you drive all the way over there

Perfectly normal Walgreens compared to what I see up in the Bay Area. It's relatively large. I was going to pick up an order I had transferred from my home pharmacy. There was no line and the person at the counter was very nice. No line at the cashiers In the front of the store either. Nothing else I could ask for.

The moment I walked in I heard one of the employees alexiz having a personal conversation on his phone. He did not greet me. When I asked if there was a trashcan near by he said na and just ignored me he was very unprofessional. Never coming back here again.

If possible I would put 0 stars they keep acting like they don't have my grandpa's insurance on file and keep asking for it and they don't ever answer the phone they just say "I will be with you in a moment" and never answer and they also act like they are doing something more important and just walk away and do other things

I went into Walgreens today to purchase two Amazon gift card for $50 a piece neither one of the Amazon gift cards work someone had redeemed the money before I even purchased it do not buy Amazon gift card from this store it is a scam it is going to take me months to get my $100 back wall greens is not standing up Amazon is not standing up I had to resort to go into my bank and I still haven't got this matter straight I'm out of $100 and the people I was trying to send a gift card to I still starving all they wanted was $50 so that they can eat and survive this pandemic and I was trying to be a Christian and help them with a Amazon gift card but unfortunately it's a big scam.

Do not use this location to drop off your FedEx packages. None of their equipment works, all the employees don't have the same information, they don't have a name tags on, they're dress in regular clothes. And they won't offer a receipt for the package you're returning. I ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time and I didn't even get to return my package because I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there without a receipt.

The company needs to clean on the outside. The sidewalks could use a steam wash and the trash cans could benefit from it as well.

Worst experience ever. I walked in today for a Covid shot and since it was going to be a long wait I kindly asked the cashier if I may use the restroom, she rolled her eyes and called someone over the intercom to open the restroom fro me.... I waited 20 minutes an no one was able to open the restroom for me! I asked countless times and no one seemed to care. I asked the pharmacy and the man there said "It's out of service". I found that hard to believe, I saw an employee over at photos department and I asked her for the codes and she quickly gave it to me and told me that the bathroom was indeed working! Are you kidding me??? This was a lie in behalf of the pharmacist , he only said this to not let me in. I will no longer come to this location. Rite Aid seems to have better service and reviews.
