This pharmacy location is pure trash. They had my prescription for an hour. Doctor sent it over before I left my visit and it took me an hour to get to Walgreens. When I pulled into the drive thru they asked me to wait until they could help me. I sat there for 15 minutes of seeing no one in the line on the inside. Then I see a customer walk up and be helped immediately. She grabbed his prescriptions then took his payment and he was done. At this point I decided to push the button again. Received the same response. Then 5 minutes later (a total of 20) a rude woman comes to the microphone and tells me that they just got my prescription and that it would take 45 minutes to fill. At this point they've actually had my prescription for an hour and 20 minutes. So I go inside. I asked another employee to simply let me know when the prescription would be ready as I'd be sitting there waiting for it. And the nasty woman from the drive thru says "I just told him it would take 45 minutes". Ma'am respectfully, I'm done talking to you. I'm sick and I'm not driving home to turn right back around and come up here in LA rush hour. The customer service and tone especially to people who are ill is disgusting. Will not be back.

Dirty, slow and RUDE!The lady with the green hair at the pharmacy is the worse . Go figure she didn't have a name tag so I can't pin point who she was but it's the only lady with green hair , seemed like she was in a rush even when there wasn't a line , quick to shut you down , you asked a question and it seemed like it was such a difficult task to answer or help you . I was there for a booster shot and waited a pretty lengthy amount of time so I saw her interact with a few customers , there wasn't One she was nice too . Cindy the other lady working inside the pharmacy is a sweet heart , actually the lady with the green hair was so rude to her talking to her in such an ugly manner .

Horrible customer service. Very rude & dismissive. I've been waiting for 4-5 weeks for my disposable camera to be developed & every time I call no one wants to look further into what's taking so long. Manager said they'd call me back, but never did. Will NEVER use this location again - let alone the business as a whole. It's ridiculous

Rude ass employee picked up the phone today i asked her if she was able to cancel my pick up order she starts of with i have a big line and really busy. Im like okay how is that my problem than im like can u tell me how to cancel it . She says to go on the app I ask her if she can tell someone to cancel such as a manager she says i have to come into the store. This is the ONLY walgreens STORE that has told me they couldn't cancel my pick up order this employee she was a women only said that because she was "busy" So they only help u if u in the store? whats the point in calling than. Hope a manager speaks to her Who ever was the at the register Im pretty sure its the one valentina who has been known as a rude employee. She should not work there if she only going to have attitude and not help customers which is her job.

Just came here for a walk-in Covid shot, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Tykisha and Danielle rocked it and had great energy! Highly recommend.

9/07/2023: @ 2:30 , I had a truly frustrating experience with a Walgreens employee named VALENTINA in the photo department. Her attitude was incredibly unprofessional, and she made us feel unwelcome when we rang the bell for assistance. Instead of helping, she questioned why we needed assistance in the first place. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable and tarnished our visit to Walgreens.She went out of her way to make the experience completely unpleasant.Please watch the surveillance video to see she was completely rude for absolutely no reason.... Clearly she did not like us because of what we were wearing.

There's a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Over 3 weeks ago I dropped off some film photos to develop and the guy said I can just call the store to check and see if my photos are ready. I called around the 2 weeks mark but it's always so hard to get a hold of the photo department. So i stopped by in person to check and the girl gave me attitude bc I didn't get a notification they were ready yet (mind you I've dropped off pictures before and didn't get a notification last time either) and proceeded to say along the lines of "idk idk when they'll be ready idk you can check again tomorrow when management is in". Well today (over a week later) I decided to call before wasting my time going in again. I politely asked the guy if they were ready and he said yes but was very rude and sounded bothered by my calling to ask. I said "okay thank you I'll be in later for pickup" in which he proceeded to slam the receiver down while I was still on the line without another word. When I stopped by to pick up one hour later, I informed the lady helping me of his attitude and she said oh, it's because we were slammed earlier....okay and ? That's not a good excuse. I called the store before going in first bc they couldn't give me a timeline beforehand when i stopped by not because I want to waste an employees time. And as someone who used to work in a grocery store during Covid I understand it can be tough working in customer service but they're all SO unnecessarily rude at this location and appear to hate their jobs. Will not be coming back.

I walked in to purchase something in the allergy section. The 2 employees working the front had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills at all. Barely functioning, no smile. When I got my purchase, only one was at the register. The young lady mumbled something. I said, "excuse me?" She said what?! I repeated excuse me, she again said what?! I told her I hear her saying something. She said, I was talking to the cash register. ?!?!?!?!?!?!?! After that encounter, She acted like a robot. Also starred me down. I stayed pleasant. I told her thank you. She starred me down as I left the store. I will NEVER enter this store again! Apparently they are doing well without my money or business.

A lot of the employees act like robots. I wonder if it's the mRNA? Many stores in the area are hiring folks that are barely functioning. Forget about picking up orders quickly, they routinely misplace ship-to-store orders and they have a standard response even if you've already received the ready for pickup email , "it's not here, contact FedEx" I arrived after the store sent an email that my order has arrived and it's ready for pickup but the staff don't seem to understand or remember where the orders are located... IF you are just buying a few items in store I guess they can handle that but anything that requires a thought process or the employees need to use their brain a little more than just scanning items, bag it up and pay, give a receipt, they will barely be able to complete the task.

Buyer beware. The cash register is charging 5.00 CRV for sodas instead of 5 cents. I was overcharged 15.00 for three soda. I purchased three sodas and 6 boxes of tissue. Total was 27.00. I checked my receipt and went back inside to get a refund. The cashier apparently knew about the issue but didn't say anything. Not cool.

Excellent customer service from the employees at this location very helpful and courteous, love seeing this type of thing when I enter Walgreens.

This location pretty much sucks service wise! They offer curbside service but both times I tried it, I had to end up going in and picking up my items. I only patronize them because Walgreens has excellent deals online and when I order they're the closest to me.

I came to this Walgreens to have my daughter vaccinated who is younger than 15 years old. We were the first ones there, filled out paperwork and waited for the pharmacy technician.I'm not sure if the person just returned from lunch but by the time she got there there were other customers waiting for the vaccine as well. I was already growing impatient because we were waiting with a person not wearing a mask that looked like they were not feeling well. Not one pharmacist or employee told them to wear their mask or offered one. To make matters worst, the technician proceeded to take someone that came after us.When I brought this to her attention she told me "It's a process." I thought the process was first come first serve?...seriously, put yourself in the customers shoes.The other employees were extremely nice and professional but the Covid protocol needs to be enforced.
