Worst customer service. After 15 mins of waiting everytime I need something from there. Employees just stay on the side, look at you and say nothing. Don’t even try and get someone to help or apologize for the wait.

I must say. I expected the worst heading into this location after work tonight. NIA, that young lady is GOOD.! She is FAST, and FRIENDLY.! I was pleased. Thanks Nia.

I've been shopping here for awhile. But since the Pandemic, what's up with the lack of shopping carts? Honestly, I can't get a straight forward answer from staff at Vons.
