I only gave a 1 star because we can't give negative stars. I have been banking here for years not cause I like them but more cause I don't have time to relocate all my monies and accounts to another bank .Over the years this has been the worst branch to go to but it's the closest to my home. But on this particular day.I went to cash a check with my name and my son's name on it. He came with me with Id, since the last time we were in the same situation that's what they told me " just make sure your son comes in with his id as well. So that's what I did. They told me they can't deposit my check I wasn't even trying to cash it I just wanted to deposit it the very rude male cashier told me they cannot deposit it because we don't have a joint account with them. ( I would never recommend anyone here) I've been banking with you for over 20 years. Not like I've ever had any kind of fraud on me or on my accts or anything. They said we need a manager to ok it... Ok call the manager. Oh we don't have mangers or supervisors on the weekend. WHAAAAT!!! So I went to another US bank in Gardena they told me they just can't do it . But I can go to B of A. Went there and had NO problem at all, all I needed was id for both names on the check . Smh I will soon take my financial business somewhere else since this bank/branch don't value their longtime customers at all!!!!

It took me 1 hour and 10 minutes to explain to customer service over the phone that I haven't received my check book referring to a bank who changed name it was bought through another bank, and they want to charge me 4 times more for a check book of only 100 checks on it. My first order was online and not successful delivery, when l ordered by phone ( was a nightmare) the lady Gina who assisted me want to charge $70.00 box and my first order was $16.00. I had to explain to her if is not the same charge then the deal is gone. Besides I am a senior! Hello oooo? They are a mess in customer service I was transferred to other departments 5 TIMES this was a really true nightmare. I finally got them ordered at my price. Geeee! Can you guys do a fast efficient job please 1 hour to report a non received item and reordering a book check is away too much waiting time

This by far is the worst experience I have had with this bank and we are in process of moving our money to a new bank. I needed to stop a payment and not only did they cancel my debit card when they did not need to causing me time and energy running into the branch only to have the not work when trying to transact payments to putting a stop payment on an payment only to have the customer service rep cancel the stop payment and not providing a true account of what could potentially go wrong. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Not only was the stop payment cancelled by the customer care center without my knowledge but the payment was not stopped and now I have over $2000 that was deducted from my account. The overpayment to the biller was not resolved and US bank is not holding themselves accountable. They admit wrong doing but I still have to wait up to 30 days for the money to be returned to my account. As soon as the money is returned we are going to move our funds to another institution.

Short line that's taking forever. Only one teller available, the other teller is on some sort of phone call. There's other people in line complaining about this branch and how there constantly closed early and constantly short staffed.

Still only have 1 teller working at 3:53 with 3 customers waiting in line. This is the worst branch. No supplies available so I'll take up valuable time at the window making out deposit slips too. Unfortunate.
