Been calling for almost 2 weeks , left numerous of messages and no one never calls you back and to make matters worst they never answer the phone, smfh and have to have X-rays done before doctor appointment. On top of that my case worker been calling them for a 1month before i started calling.

Terrible service and front desk. Made an appointment at 11 and arrived 30 minutes before appointment time as requested. Then needed to wait one hour and a half before we are taken in. If 0 or negative star are allowed, this place deserves negative star.

The staff here was amazing!! Everyone from the front desk to the technicians were nothing but friendly and professional. I read many other reviews that stated differently and I understand that everyone it entitled to there own opinion. I couldn’t speak more highly about my experience today. Thank you all at Umih Inglewood for your outstanding location and team work.

They always don't know how to locate my imaging referrals and the "techs" don't even know how to do an xray. Also, as other people mentioned in their reviews the front desk staff are very rude even when they are failing to pull up your referral and will refuse to help you make an appointment

Worst place ever they're so freaking rude and don't know how to manage their facility the schedulers are so f****** disrespectful and rude especially the one African American lady that had no business in my situation after I already had asked to speak to someone else and when I spoke to someone else they were gonna schedule me but I asked to get seen asap due to it being an emergency they then transferred me over to her again and she kept saying the referral my doctors always send are wrong so how is my doctor wrong and you guys saw me everytime and then I clicked on her called again spoke to anotehr lady she made me wait 40 mins to see if they can fit me in with the ultrasound technician same day and then told they couldn't schedule me same day but could Thursday of this week they think your stupid I know you have to check my referral first to give me an appointment if my referral was wrong why were they able to schedule me for Thursday then they send me back to this lady cause I really needed to be seen sooner and she starts saying that I need to talk to my doctor that if it was such an emergency I need to go to urgent care like I already hadn't gone to the f****** hospital and got sent back to talk to my doctor and get scheduled for an ultrasound and she starts being so disgusting and rude get a new f****** job if you don't like your job ! Everytime I f****** come here I have a problem with these useless a** people so f****** horrible !

Terrible!!! I called and called and called. Left voicemails and no one picks up the phone nor calls back. Finally got an appointment 3 weeks out then for some reason it gets cancelled without any reason. What type of people are these guys. So unprofessional. It's taking months just to schedule a mammogram. Absolutely insane and ridiculous

I have been calling this facility for over 2.5 months to set up a biopsy appointment of my thyroid that was wrongfully done previously they did the left side vs the Right and now they dont answer to get the right side literally done correctly !!! They are unprofessional!!! It's disgusting only GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE IT didn't LET ME POST WITH OUT ANYTHING !!!

This place is a joke first time going. Had to take my sister there to have a biopsy done which they had all the documents and images on disc since July 30th AM. Her first appointment was made for Aug. 11th for 9:30 AM, which they called and cancelled that appointment and made another one for Aug. 19th for 10:30 AM. We arrived way ahead of schedule so I could complete paperwork for my sister, after waiting this African American nurse approached me and ask where's the images and I informed her that the envelope with all the information was dropped off. She came back to the front desk where she had opened the envelope still asking for the large images, I informed her that's all that was given to me, according to her and the (Asain) doctor said it also. The nurse called over to the other Imaging Center to inquire and the Supervisor informed they have what the needed which all the information they had downloaded on 3 discs, which this Imaging office DID NOT REVIEW which they had plenty of time to do. Therefor my sister biopsy wasn't done, which is very important to me and her Dr. Office. Never want to return to this facility ever. Betty communication with other offices.

The owners/managers of this establishment are incredibly unprofessional and rude. They do not know how to communicate and are very condescending to the patients. You would think people who work in the medical field would be more compassionate. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
