I came in with a gown that needed major reconstruction and custom tailoring. The owners worked with me and we came up with a plan to fix it. Even after they were done, they were kind enough to make further changes to match my needs. They were honest with what they could and could not do and they did great work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend CoquetteKouture for any tailoring needs!

The customer service is phenomenal! The owner was very sweet and very open. I bought some waist beads to help me track my weight loss, but also to feel beautiful and discover self-love. They had offered to put the beads on me and I was very hesitant just because of my issues with self-confidence with my body. I decided to let them do it for me and I felt really comfortable around her, all of my insecurities and everything gone! POOF! It was a really fast service and I will definitely come back for more!

I visited this beautiful little shop yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the clothing they offered. The owner and her young assistant were so kind, attentive, and genuine. The clothes were pricier than I expected, but when I felt the weight of the authentic fabrics and saw the incredible details in the designs, I understood why. I bought a beautiful dress, a belted top, and a necklace with earrings, all on sale! I will definitely be going back to purchase more things. I've got my eye on a beautiful blue duster!

During the month of February which is African Black Americans Historically heritage. Searching for authentic African clothing and jewelry This is IT! Assortment of designs for Women, Men, Young adults, teenagers to school age children to a walk around toddler. Can do alterations on the premises. Or for you that love fabric and can sew they have abundance of colorful patterns to select. They made me a female crown to match my outfit. Altered my male cousin the very same day. Recently brought a dress that was to long for me YES IT WAS MADE TO FIT THE LENGTH THAT I DESIRED.ONE other thing, they are Designers to your liking beautiful staff friendly knowledgeable. This business is on the side of The Savoy! Yes you can try on .

I went in here to find a present for a friend and the lady was so sweet and kind to me. As I bought a string of waist beads she explained how to put them on and even suggested a tutorial she had on her Instagram/tiktok. Would highly recommend and I'll definitely be going back here

I Took my clothes on Thursday 25th of August 2022 for alteration.I paid in full. Was told to come and pick it up on Monday August 29,2022.I called whilst I was on my way only to find out that they never touch my clothes.I told them I was traveling on the night of the 29th and I was told it will be ready for pickup. My clothes was never sewed or touched. It was still in the same bag I placed it in.It’s sad that I flew across the country to take my business to them, only to be let down at the last minute. I was so mad and hurt that I was speechless. You can’t treat customer like that, it’s just unprofessional. If they were unable to do the job they could have just said so, not to waste my time and make a fool out of me. I had to buy new clothes. I had to go to work and I had to buy new cloths for my occasion. It was very wrong what they did to me. Very wrong, very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Lesson learned.
